They get a 1 because you can’t give a 0…They’re the absolute worst Tim Hortons in all Halifax! Order is always wrong, they have no customer service including the manager. Also very dirty how they handle the food! Don’t waste your time or money!
Unless you're coming here for a hot drink don't bother. Never have any of their food items and when they do they're poorly prepared and delivered.
I've gone to this location mainly for the past 2 years, don't think I've ever been told to "have a nice day" one time. Usually get my food thrown around a bit in the drive thru, and ordering from anybody inside that isn't a new hire is like talking to Roz. Never had a single "good experience" here, but untill today it just wasn't poor enough to take my time.Thanks Burker King..
Love this Tim Hortons great staff !! Great coffee never have they ever got it wrong I go here everyday even if it’s out of my way as well as DaleLynn always smiling great service !! she is one of the reasons I go every day !!!
This is the best Tim's I've ever been to. It's inside a gas station but also has a drive thru, the speed at which they make a Lodon fog is unmatched, even during a rush.My new go to Tim's
Service here is at times slow when making purchases at the counter. There seems to be more focus on drive- thru customers.
The girls here are always welcoming and always get my orders right!
Waited 30 mins then cancelled order in delivery app because they were sold out of one item. They waited until the driver was on location to cancel wasting both mine and his time.
French vanilla was great like always. Should have an alarm that Goes off when I pre order comes in so they have it ready though.
Morning crew is awesome. Not sure what happens between them and the evening crew. But the evening crew never gets anything right. They have the odd person who gets it right but they need to pay attention when taking an order because there is always something we need to wait for at the window, which make the wait time for everyone else longer in the end. Just pay attention evening crew.
