Ordered a cold brew today and not only was there a fly in it but also a hair that was clearly not mine ? I have been going here for years and can say the place has gone downhill big time over the past few years. Rude staff, always out of what you want to order, taste of anything you order is always off, I could go on and on. Check out a different Tim’s if you can!
Pathetic serviceI went there this Saturday and there were two ladies at the front. They took 25 minutes after reaching there to give me my online order. Store was not busy .And what more no apologies. They need more training damn slow staff i have ever seen in my life.
Called ahead to get a large coffee order. Friendly staff person had everything ready when I arrived.
Got bacon and egg on english muffin. Muffin was sooo dry it was awful!!!
Coffee don't really taste good like a real good coffee it's just cheap compared with others ..so not recommended for coffee lovers
Absolutely disgusting. Half an hour to make one Sausage homestyle biscuit. Made me late for work and gave me attitude for not wanting to wait. NEVER go here early in the morn And NEVER expect anything remotely close to customer service. Absolute TRASH!
I don't recommend at all.. when you speaking English as second language, they pretend didn't understand you and never serve you well and lose you tim hortons offers. I received offer medium coffee and muffin by $2 , and second offer was muffin by $.99. I went there I thought real will get them and I showed Indian guy the offer that I received and this is I want because they pretand didnot understand by drive thru speaker also ordered 6 chocllette chip muffins, they separated my orders by self and I scanned Tim's app once and charge me for coffee only and gave me one muffin than they made another transaction for muffins and told me you don't have to scan again and charged me normal price. I called supervisor when I arrived home he said I remember you than he said we didn't charge you for muffin and I have offer with meduam coffee only $2 and charge the rest of muffins by normal price, that used to be by .99 each.
Asked for a 40 pack of assorted timbits . Told they only do 20. Okay, no worries. Asked for a Boston Creme donut. Told they don't have any. Okay, I understand. Pay for my 20 pack of timbits and go back to work. Open my timbits to share with my co-workers. All plain. Called the store to see what was going on only to be told that there was a misunderstanding. In what? I was never told. If they said they only had plain, okay I'll drive to another tims. No, they didn't say a thing and let me drive off. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to the service industry because I work in it. If you're out, you're out. No worries. However, when you lie to a customer by omission (Not telling them) then I'm upset as it hurt the rep of the store in questions and causes grief all around.
Very rare the an order more than a coffee is right. Tired of complaining
I just bought coffee and showed my phone to scanner and tried to play, it said there wasn’t scanned at all. I think some of there workers steal points and chances to play. Also at this location one male staff worker gave me short in cash (7$). Great place!
