I have Ordered a medium regular ice capp and a bagel.they charge me $3.29 for an ice camp and upon asking they said rudely, our menu is not updated.I have attached the receipt and picture of the menu here. Also they have not provided full cup of icecapp.Definitely needs to file a complaint regarding this.
AVOID AT ALL COST. worst tims in the city. i ordered 2 bagels asked for them to be double toasted and double butter. nope they couldnt even do that. 1 bagel came with no butter and was not toasted. i paid for cheese on my wrap which i did not get. i ordered an habenaro wrap and got a wrap with jalepenios . what a waste of time and money that was

The online ordering in the app is never turned on. The location is listed as closed, when it’s open. Either staff don’t know how to manage that correctly, or there are issues with their system
Alright coffee. Wifi sucks though. Shouldn't advertise wifi if it isnt available... smh! One of the busy Tim location. Understandable if customer service experience isnt as good as other locations.
terrible service at this location. staff is rude and angry. I go here several times a week because it is convient and more time then not I leave stunned by their behavior.

I admit that my English is not good, but I have had the worst service here since I arrived in Canada, and I sense meanness and rudeness in the cashier's expression and the whispers behind her back with her colleagues. I am writing this review before I eat.
Extremely poor management skills, yelling at employees and customers alike. The worst Tims experience I have ever had, they make the food in the order they feel appropriate rather than the sequence it was ordered in the line. And don’t ask any sort of questions or be belittle by the workers.
I walked in there, wanting to get a coffee. Large 2 cream and 1 sweetener. The person taking my order was nice. Paid with debit then went to the pick up counter to get my order. The person that supposedly made my coffee casually placed a coffee (as least it could of been) on the counter. I first asked if this was my coffee in which I was ignored. After serving 2 people behind me I ask again if this was my order and finally she replied rudely saying well did you read the top. The top was written in some sort of chicken scratch I couldn't make out. So I asked again if this was my order to which she just went back to ignoring me. So I took the coffee and threw it out in the trash on the way out. I'll never give this place my business again. And to the person who made my coffee, you look like a clown with all that makeup on and you should check your attitude at the door when you're serving the public.
