Always extremely bad service!!! Very disgusting service attitude, impatient to order tim bites! There are obviously five flavors. I ordered 50bits today and only gave me three flavors.

longest line and wait for a coffee in all of Canada in the busiest mall in a major city, Management really needs to address the under staffing issue, maybe they think they are saving money? but trust me you are losing. I've watched countless people just abandon the line and walk off after waiting 15 mins or more with just one person on cash is ridiculous, i now go to second cup up stairs a little more pricey but time is valuable and this Tims management obviously does not value it's patrons or their time or even their own staff for that matter.
We ordered large vanilla and salted caramel here today and later to find out that they were "out of vanilla syrup". I talked to the short lady who served us the coffee and ask to charge us based on the coffee she gave us but she said "they were the same price". We just agreed to it to avoid conflict even though we know the price difference. The lady made us 2 original ice capp, no whipped cream, no vanilla, and no salted caramel so we kindly asked where the whipped cream and the salted caramel is. She said, "You want whipped cream on it??" Like she was confused or something. That is part of the order. She should have known how to make that coffee. She put whipped cream on it but no caramel so we asked again to put some caramel on it because that's our order. The lady gave us an attitude and said they were out of caramel syrup as well. To the management, please train your staff properly. If they are still in training, please supervise them. I gave them this review because this is not the first time this happened. Based on the other reviews, this is recurring and displeasing. Hope they see this and be better next time not only for us but for all the tim horton customers of theirs.
I know the tim hortons has the worst customer service but this location has the worst of all..
Owners need to hire more staff. One person working cash register. Very long lines No one should wait an half an hour for a coffee. Lots of profit lost with customers just giving up and walking away, It's a very busy mall! Come on.
Quick drive thru and quality coffee, a very good combination
I went there when they were closing. I met the sweetest lady in this whole world. Dont know her name but she is very sweet to me at that time.
