Never had a cold drink from Tim's until now. Nice flavor and totally refreshing ?. We got a Strawberry Watermelon Cooler and a Frozen Lemonade ?.
Been there on multiple occasions and almost never left happy. Extremely rude staff. Fills wedges and condiment containers less than half way. They say they don't have to fill containers anymore then that even though you paid for it, but apparently not enough to expect good quality.
No grill chicken…… ever.I’ve come to this location twice now and they had no grilled chicken every time. The second I went to this Tim’s and there was no grilled chicken, I asked them how long it would be until they had some grilled chicken and they said they already cleaned their grills and they weren’t making anymore (I was getting the Cilantro Lime chicken wrap fyi).The wait times are very long at this location, the first time I went was around 12 on the weekday so I would cut them some slack then. But the second time I went was at 8pm on a weekend and I was still waiting 15 MINUTES for just one wrap. I was also the only customer in the drive through.If you can go to any other Timhortons I highly recommend you do so
HORRIBLE!!! i had to call and speak to the general manager of 31 years lmao. i recorded my entire call with her. worst tim hortons in canada, if you wanna hear the phone call let me know. its pathetic how she talks about her tims service.
They are so slow. They made the same big order twice, which very much slowed down everything else. Many people waiting for 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous.
Nice and clean compared to many other Tim Hortons. Staff is friendly, and the new loaded wraps that I tried were great. ??

Staff are friendly and relatively quick with orders.They offer cheaper teas and drip coffee, they have decent prices for sweets.I like that they have soy milk as an option for your drinks. I believe they have almond milk as option.With most Tims it can be hit or miss.Ive had a couple times in the afternoon/evening where I ordered a coffee and came out with a tea or vice versa. Mistakes happen. Ive also had a ton of positive experiences here as well.Most of the staff don’t get paid enough to deal with the complaints in the other reviews.
Order a coffee they don't bother making it. Then when I ask for it this woman gets all sour saying she made it. Well I don't have it. She decides to finally make it and then the woman can't even bother to stir it. It's not my fault your having a bad day. Hire new employees because some of them are the most ignorant people I've ever met. Despicable!
Ordered in drive thru. I guess that lady employee having a bad day or not happy at all with her life. She handed me coffee but looking at a different direction. I asked for straw, sure she heard it but I had to ask twice, handed me again not even having eye contact. Very poor customer service.
