Harvest items (i.e. vegetarian options) not available after 11:00 at this location. Bacon and sausage and everything else is available all day, but not the harvest items. This is the only Tims where I have ever experienced this. Very frustrating and doesnt make any sense.
Ok I never reviewed Tim Hortons before. But this one made me write a review. The staff at the cash counter was extremely rude. They were refusing me take away because my dog didn’t have a vest on him. I tried to show the medical note but she was not willing to see that. The owner had to come and see, and then said I can dine there. I wasn’t dinning I was only taking out. However will be going again there in coming days regularly to observe their behavior.
One person make veggie and meat with same gloves and after i saw that they tried to confuse me that is different order and in the end they give me same order which i gave and they prepared with same gloves. In the end he told me that we are only 3 employees at work station. We don’t have enough man power so they did it.Arguing with customer.
Worst Tim Hortons i ever went to i got my order on the way out a Karen works there and she said don’t come back for no reason they don’t even deserve one star.
I am pregnant and really wanted a honey cruller. After visiting three other Tim Hortons and being told there were no honey crullers left, we pulled up to this drive-thru. Again, we were told that honey crullers were gone for the day. My husband expressed disappointment at this and explained that his wife is expecting, craving one of these donuts. The lady at the speaker apologized and we began to drive away. Just as we were exiting the parking lot, we heard someone behind us calling out. We looked back and a Tim Hortons team member was standing outside. She said to us, “If you don’t mind waiting ten minutes, we can make some for you!” Of course we waited. They were the freshest and tastiest donuts I've ever eaten. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It won't be forgotten.
This Tim Hortons might be the worst one in the peninsula, I saw the line up in drive through . So I get in and make order just a tea and toasted beagle , I waited 8 minutes just got my tea , highly disappointed the service I left with out bagel , the employee have very bad attitude for international people
If your website says you're open, so I walk there in January weather only to be told that I can't come in or get any coffee unless I have a car, prepare yourself for bad reviews. A sign written in sharpie on the door simply isn't good enough, ya feel me??
It's no dunkin doughnuts but you take what you can get
Always found the staff really friendly.Only problem I have is that the evening hours are so inconsistentLast night I rolled up at 935pm... open.Tonight I'm there at just after 9pm...closed.This has happened several times ... and it started before covid.
Food quality has been way down.Thinks doesn’t taste like before never visit again.
