$25 for what is mostly lettuce, and some imitation lobster. Pretty embarrassing for them to call this a ‘lobster roll’ on the waterfront of Halifax. It looks like a crime. The bar in the BG is fine (separate area) and it’s in a nice spot.

Venue is very cool, great view of the Halifax Harbour, and overall great atmosphere. That being said, the food is quite overpriced for what you get. The service was also very slow, they seemed to be overwhelmed.Overall cool spot, gets pricey very fast. I'd recommend eating before you go to be honest.

We just went out for a poutine and a couple of beers and everything was packed. We found two sits at the bar and got what we went for. We had a rosemary poutine and fried brussels. Food was good. Bartender talked too much.

Nice place to grab a drink on the waterfront. We were there in October and they had a little band playing for 'Oktoberfest'.

Great waterfront beer garden. Perfect pitstop when traveling and visiting halifax. Nice views of the water, nice selection of draft beers, had the lobster roll which was a solid 8/10. Service friendly and attentive, good laughs. Sat on the upper level which I would recommend for more space and better view.Overall would recommend, will go again. Cheers.

We went to stubborn go out for drinks and supper last night. Fish and chips were fantastic waiter recommended a beer that was quite tasty, garrison tallship.

Great location and views, but a bit overpriced compared to other restaurants on the water. Would not recommend the lobster roll here as it had minimal lobster.

Great food but hours of operation are not as advertised.

Absolutely delicious food, especially the lobster roll I had, and a variety of beers to choose from. Even usually has a cider or two that aren’t carried by most of the other bars/restaurants in the area. Obvious knock on the place is a pretty small menu to choose from and no real indoor seating to speak of, both things you’d likely expect from a beer garden, but also worth mentioning in case you haven’t been to one. Even if those are thing you’re not a fan of I’d still rate this place at least 4 stars for the atmosphere and great service alone.

The line up was extremely long on a hot summer day. We waited for a seat only to find out the menu is very limited and not meant for regular type food. Don't bring your kids nothing to drink but water and beer. Our food was delivered after 45 minutes and was delivered wrong....not what you want to pay for when it is overpriced and trying to be fancy posh like food. Its just a burger stop trying to make it something its not and just serve the burger. Was not pleased after we payed for food that we didn't like.....Nice view great seats i guess thats what your paying for is the view
