I ordered two things. Tofu pad Thai and Thai iced tea. Ice tea is alright, very coconut flavor and sweetness is good enough. However, my hugest disappointment is the pad thai. Not only it’s soggy but the sweetness doesn’t enhance and sourness is not strong. And the noodle is ver off from what I ate in Vancouver
Incredible service, lovely staff, great energy!! I made a mistake in my order (totally my fault) and the team remade it for me with no charge, I was fully willing and ready to pay and they said no way, and made me a new one.. I have never had this level of service and am so grateful!!
Normally the best Thai Express around. I’m sad to say that the last time I went ended up being one of the worst experiences ever. I got terrible food poisoning from the chicken fried rice. I’m now on day 3 of not being able to eat anything, and I’m soon going on vacation; If I won’t be able to eat down there I’ll be severely disappointed.

Just the name is Thai but not the food I ordered Tom Yum Soup chicken they gave noodles with chicken and the taste was not even 1% Tom Yum and also I ordered Khao Phat Gai or Thai Chicken Fried Rice but it was like they got out of hot boiling water…
Thai express is normally a good place to get Thai food. We ordered some food from them and it tasted off. The sauce was poor quality and the chicken tasted funky. Asked for broccoli in one dish (literally got three small pieces) with a whole bunch of sauce poured over it. Overall would not order this store again. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.
I love Thai food, but this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I wouldn’t recommend this particular location.The food is horrible and tasteless and it’s been like that since day 1. The chicken is always dry and over cooked and the food is always bland. Waste of money. Change your staff asap.
I have a lot of dietary restrictions. I simply asked for no sauce on my food due to this. The woman who waited on me rolled her eyes continuously like it was outrageous I would not want sauce. So ignorant. Very rude woman.
