Honestly, tawa grill is one of the best eating place out there and honestly no other food place can match the quality of food and taste they provide however, my experience lately has not been very good some employees working there even though there was some space available in the back of the restaurant they told me i can not dine in because we were just two people they would prioritize more people over less and will put tables together to sit more people. When i asked someone from staff if they could make any seating arrangements she said we are closing in one hour so you can try again tomorrow. The staff used to be quite friendly and since they are understaffed they can not serve as fast as they take orders in and could also ask you to walk out once you are seated. Not going there ever again
My mouth is watering just recalling the food I had here. Amazing naan (cheese filled) and great curry. If I lived in Halifax I would be going here at least once a week!Not a fancy environment but that's ok because the food is reasonably priced and very tasty!
A nice for Indian Authentic food.Their Dal Makhani is super amazing and delicious ? a touch of smoke tandoor.It's a must visit place if you are Halifax.
Less to No garlic and ginger3 things:1.Haka chow-mein is over seasoned with black pepper.2. Chilli gobhi was almost bland. On a scale of average chilly level of 1-10, it was on 23 chilli fried gobhi should only be tossed in schezwan sauce, you added a thick gravy. Which mage your gobhi soggy and it lost all its crunch.It was indo/Chinese food, please try to add msg and sesame seeds to it.Garnish was poorI hope we could have better food next time.Believe me, i would love to have occasional meals more often but it needs improvement
It was a very nice experience. Going there for the first tried out 2 dishes i guess, turned out they were pretty nice in taste. I would recommend someone who hasn't gone there and try it. The staff were nice also. It was past there closing time, but still helped us out. Nice place!!
We dine in around 8:15 they close at 9 we were told that we only have 5 minutes to order which was hard for 8 people to decide sometimes and when we received the food tandoori chicken was completely out of taste because they just reheated and served to us as i worked in restaurant for three years that's not the quality you give to customers and rest of the curries were tasteless so we just ate enough to satisfy ourself we were so hungry at that time i would not recommend at all thankyou
Food is really yummy and tasty and great customer service. Enjoyed Samosa and Hakka noodles. Loved it. Keep up the good work guys.
Flavourful and varied.Compares favourably to Indian restaurants in the UK. Great vegetarian selection.I love their food and order it regularly.

We had a great experience at the Tawa Grill again! Had been there 3 years ago and the food quality and the quantity of the food was still the same or maybe much better than before. No regretsat all, would recommend to anyone going to Halifax.
