Pleasant experience overall. The staff member was friendly, quick, and attentive. All the normal options were available. The store was clean, clearly being attented to regularly. There was seating available if i had wanted to eat there.

Disgraceful filthy & disgusting after I witnessed the new employee in training working alone , he handled cash from the till and handling food preparing customers order without changing gloves .. money is the most dirtiest thing to handle and not change gloves .. keep a close watch to make sure they change gloves after handling the money till . This new trainee obviously has no experience in food handling courses and working in the food industry .
I brought the salad in middle of night and the guy who served the order was sweet and had big smile on face.The best subway I have ever been ???
Worst subway experience of my life. I ordered 2 Italian herbs and cheese subway through Uber eats. First they took almost 1.5 hours to make it and when it’s delivered it was 9 grain wheat bread. And when I’m calling them, they are not picking up. This is the second time with this subway and both times I had bad experience. I don’t know how they said on the phone that they were really busy in middle of snowing night.
Food is good. But super stressful that you waste peoples time/lunch break with an app that never works. At least make rewards redeemable in-restaurant.
Busy even after midnight, but looked like online/delivery orders. Only waited a couple of minutes and my sandwich was made correctly and exactly as ordered.
It's a subway like any other , what did you expect. Only thing making this location bad is the amount of homeless that hang around on spring garden in general
Worst people they are very rude when I called to make an order they pick up my call and hung up, and I called again and again till 8 times they where just receive the call and hung up.
Employee need more training especially customer service.. Not even hi or bye..
