We bought lobster subway sandwich. However the menu doesn't show foot-long price. It onlys shows 6 inch price ($13.99) and 6 inch double meat ($19.99). It's kind of misleading customer, when customers want to buy foot-long subway.Also, that subway artist did not give a smile, her face looks scary. Morning smile is good for customers and for welcoming people.
Don’t know why my sandwich set on the service table for 5 mins after being toasted, while staff just talking and laughing.Also, kids smoking vapor insider store, and employee just ignore this. Horrible experience
Very pity place only serve half cup of steak when I order the steak and avocado, other subway serves at least 2 cups! Don’t come to this location, Dartmouth Crossing one is way more better! Disgusting place!
Robie St has really gone downhill (the staff are amazing but they get micromanaged and I can tell they aren’t treated very well), so now I go to Clayton park. The short girl with dark hair (the one who was wearing a mask) who made my sub this evening made the best damn sub I’ve had at Subway in years! So good I had to come here and leave a review. She was also really nice and accommodating.The person who complained about customer service below probably has never worked food service and is likely a jerk- why else write a novel ripping apart a fast food worker making minimum wage in a city with a housing crisis and extremely high cost of living? Grow up. Anyway, thank you to that girl, I am very happy and I hope you get a raise bc this sub is 10/10 fantastic
Absolutely delicious ?! With many breads, veggies, meats, cheeses and sauce to choose from. The combinations never end! I loved it.
Very good customer service, very nice people, very clean restaurant very nice food. Pleased I am, will visit again. Though Subway is a big chain and has many outlets the staff at subway Halifax in Lacewood really take care of how they prepare the sandwiches and that is what makes them best.Subway is one of my regular choices of outside food but amongst all other Subway in the area, this one is the BEST. Always quick and professional service, friendly staff, well-presented store, overall I enjoy my every visit there and obviously the food. Highly recommended.
I just went in subway and I ordered 4 footlong sub and my whole order were messed up. Really despointedAll toppings were mixed up and few toppings were missingIf we pay for our food and then not getting how we ordere its really disappointing and made my mood off.
Subway is a pretty standardized place where one walks in with certain expectations. I don't care to comment about the food as it is the same at any subway mostly cause the ingredients are standardized. But I don't understand what is with the employees at this location. That is your job to make sandwiches and this was explained in your interviews before you accepted the position. Is anybody forcing you to work in that capacity? I don't need to be disrespected just because I felt like stopping by your location and getting a sub. What's with the attitude especially with the younger woman that works at night? I am just ordering a subway which is displayed on your menu. Please don't ruin my day. I do understand everyone has problems at a personal level but you cannot take it out on random people and be rude in a place of work to strangers. Nobody can be that mad for weeks on end. At least acknowledge when someone greets you.
There was an old lady. I went there to buy my subway.This lady was screaming at me when she was doing my wrap filling. This is not acceptable. This has happened to me 2nd time. This location is very close to my home so I usually go there. When I told her I want the grill, she got irritated and started speaking in her language.Totally not acceptable.
I’ve been always eating in Clayton park subway and i decided not to come back anymore. I always noticed the old lady staff their was rude. She doesn’t greet not even saying hi to me or to other customers. It happened that i was behind of that person she just serving and i’m waiting my turned to get my sub. The customer can’t hear her well and then she just started screaming at him. That’s unacceptable. Also, that it’s not the first time she did that. That old lady staff is always rude to anyone. Every time i’m coming back to eat i always see here so i guess she’s been working there for a long time now. She should know how to serve and treat the customers properly. I hope the management will do something about it. Anyway i’m not coming back to this store anymore because i can’t stand seeing that rude old lady staff.
