About what you expect from subway . Nothing to write home about
Great place for lunch or dinner on the way home from work.Very friendly, fast & attentive employees.Can never complain about quality or quantity of my sandwiches. A+.

online ordered two subs (one ham and one bmt) from here last night, and they forgot one of our subs in the uber eats bag. when we called, the first employee didn't understand what we were saying and passed us to his colleague. this guy, an employee named lester, also couldn't understand what we meant."ohh you got sent the wrong order?" no we're missing the ham sub, everything else in the bag is correct. "so the sub didn't have any ham on it?" as we just said, no. there is no sub. we ended up having to tell him six different times that we were missing one of our two subs before he finally understood what we meant.he then told us that he was sure they put the sub in the bag and that they had camera footage that they could show us. well, the bag arrived stapled together so no one could have tampered with it, and there was only one sub in the bag. what am I supposed to do now??? he never apologized.as if this situation wasn't bad enough, the bmt sub that we did receive gave my boyfriend violent food poisoning and he is still bed ridden after 24 hours. despicable customer service, disrespectful employees, and food that made us sick? extremely disappointing. if I could give this subway zero stars I would.
Friendly staff, although the dining space is smol.
Staff here certainly needs a training over how to serve customers with respect.
Food was less than satisfactory, ok service but will go to another subway next time
Not accessible to people with disabilities!!! No auto door switch. I was there the other day and a man in a wheelchair couldn't get in. I held the door for him but was all but draped over him because of the lack of space. I will not be back, so disappointed.
food is ok as most subways are, the lady working there was nice and gave me extra bacon but then forgot to cut my sandwich
I mixed this one and the one on Spring Garden Road. I went to the one on Spring Garden, and figured out I mistakenly left a negative feedback there. Here is my feedback for the one on Robie Street:The staff here is relatively more rude. They are not friendly to non-native speakers.One year ago, I went here and the staff stared at me unpleasantly when they were making the food.Besides, when I go checkout, they were just impatient to me. I am really shy and they did not show their patience. Since then, I felt so frighten to order fast food again.
