I tried their new Greek goddess sandwich. The sauce was pretty good and everything else was pretty standard for what you'd expect from subway. I really didn't like the new avacado smash though. I don't if it's just me personally or if it's something the do with the Avacados but it had sort of a weird taste to it. Not inedible just something I wouldn't get a second time

Bread was dried up, black olives were frozen and tomatoes were very old.No bike locks out side and just sat down to eat when I was asked to take my bike outside. Seemed unnecessary as I was the only one in the store.
There’s a young girl working there that is the epitome of terrible customer service.She stares through you and try’s to rush your order constantly saying “And” before you can even say a topping. She throws everything on the sandwich like she wants to be fired and she should be. If you get her just ask for literally anyone else. A child would be more competent than her, a stationary mannequin would be more willing to help/ please a customer than her.
Honestly one of the worst subways in town. Subs are 9/10 made like trash.
If I could give this no stars I would! I ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes, not only were my subs smushed, whoever put the bag together put the drinks on top of the subs. When I opened my subs, they were made wrong. I paid for double meat for my chicken teriyaki. No lie, I literally had 7 peices of chicken on a foot long. I called the store, the guy nicely said to come up the next morning when the manager was in and they would refund me. Next day I went up, the supervisor told me it’s not their fault and to call skip the dish, I didn’t know skip made the food now too?. They messed up the subs. She refused to give me my money back, almost $50 gone to waste. She was extremely rude about it, little to say. I will never spend another dollar at this location!

The staff here is do rude, for no reason used to go there was very happy the way they served but from last to times i was served by monica and pia the worst staff members ever, asked them to grill the sandwich she raised her eyeballs and sighed for no reason and said can’t do that. Won’t ever be going there.
Have ordered from this store for pick up 3 times since covid. First the person was making it when I arrived, it was as ordered and as expected. The last time, similar experience to this time, but figured it was a one-off. This time the bread is stale, it wasn’t toasted, and barely any toppings. The staff are not friendly as well. Disappointed.
Sandwich maker employee named monica. She was throwing garbage from her mouth When she speaks. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I recommend everyone to do not visit this place.
