Grande size dragon drink, But what’s grande is the quantity of ice. Definitely not 473 ml as claimed in menu. Do well next time
This Starbucks location is my fav of all the ones in the area, everyone is so nice and will bend over backwards for you. Ryan especially slays tho!!
Customer service and coffee is good. It's always busy which makes it hard to sit in.

Isn’t Starbucks suppose to be a calm welcoming place?? I’m here almost everyday because it’s the closest place to where I live and everyday I come is always the same. It takes close to 10 minutes for one order to be made. While drinks are being made you can overhear staff talk down about their coworkers rather than pay attention to their job and make customers orders. My drink 9/10 needs to be remade Would not recommend this place at all.
If you mobile order and it says ready in 9 mins you better bet your behind that when you get their 3 mins early it will always be ready.
Today I had a meeting in Starbucks spring garden and I was surprising it is well organized, clean and looks happy, it is different from the previous 2-3 months ago, and I noticed a new manager, I realized the manger was moved from my favorite location in Kaye Street to spring garden, she is super. I understand it is Start bucks but without professional management Starbucks doesn’t stand. Best wishes to her to new success in the new location.

Just love starbucks.Really disappointed they have taken them out of Chapter's. Need to get new covers for their cups,because they leak.
