One of the best Sobeys in the city. The Deli department in particular has some mighty fine customer service. Lots of local product throughout the store too :)

Worst receiving guy at back for deliveries. He has zero respect for truckers and his manager was super awkward. They both are worst sobeys employees i have ever seen in canada.He didn’t even apology me after disrespecting me while his manager was just ignoring his employee behaviour and told me to leave. Bad guys.
Harassment by a big, 300 lb+, creeper security guard is a nuisance and he aggressively followed me around for 20 minutes, followed me into the parking lot, asking me "if I was ok"? And said that I looked "suspicious." As a woman, I felt assaulted and very uncomfortable. I had no idea that sobeys hired psychologists and secret service agents...This is totally unacceptable and I will be filing a formal complaint. You will know him when you see him. He's hard to miss, ladies be warned. If you are a young woman do not come here if you see this man
Good variety and okay prices. Not too crowded. Sadly, not with the Optimum program.
I did not feel safe here, I could feel the security guard was following me and I was just looking for chocolate brand (which they didn’t have), a lip balm for myself, and a lip balm for a friend (which they didn’t have). I don’t know if I appeared suspicious because I only had one item? I was just browsing when he started following me. It made me really uncomfortable.
Very convenient, but easily one of the most expensive grocery stores in the area. No Frills in Spryfield is cheaper. The Sobeys in Spryfield is cheaper. The Atlantic Superstore on Joe Howe is cheaper. IOW, don't waste your time; go somewhere else.

It's a nice Sobeys. Has pretty much everything you could need.
