They forgot to put the coffee in my latte. Im sorry but isn't the whole point of ordering coffee is for the drink to have coffee in it. Anyways thank you for the Oat milk with sweetener I guess.
Great staff and the food and drink is always fresh.
Rude and slow service. Takes them 10 mins to make a drink. All of the staffs here were arrogant and hateful, apparently they hate their job lol.
Every time I get something here I have to wait at least ten minutes to get it even if I'm the only person waiting on a drink. They get my order wrong 75% of the time. Really wish there was another coffee shop in the killam I could go to instead.

Not mentioning names but the barista today was one of the rudest staff I've met in my life. He refused to take my order and made me wait at the counter for a solid 3 minutes while he was texting on his phone. The other barista had to take my order and make my drink instead. Worst. Service. Ever.
In the student library. Not always the best selections in the pastry case.Came here again recently. They don't know the drinks. They don't know how to make anything. Don't know the menu. Had a rude woman serve us last time and it left a real bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't just that I was served a black coffee when I asked for a mocha...
Can somebody teach these guys how to make a latte? First of all, you don't need to leave an inch of room at the top. It's a latte, there's already enough milk in it. Second of all, be nice to customers. Yeah, we're students, but that doesn't mean you can frown and get frustrated when you don't understand what we're saying when; especially when English isn't your first language and it's ours. You're a coffee shop. Learn how to make coffees and be nice. That's the job.
Terrible spot. Staff are angry and rude, cannot make basic drinks. Had to explain for 5 minutes that i wanted a half-caf. They made me a single americano with twice the amount of hot water. Mmm. Delicious dirty water.
Dirty, staff members dont like washing hands or cleaning, they eat and drink behind the counter and will spit in a customers coffee if they dont like the person or say 'not it' if they dont want to serve you.
