It’s my second time here for brunch and it’s definitely my favourite brunch place! Price are reasonable and food can absolutely fill you tummy! My boyfriend and I are super excited to visit again and again until we try all the food we want from the menu.Online waitlist is so smart to avoid waiting for half an hours outside the restaurant and do nothing ?. They also hold your table for 10 mins which is enough time to travel from where you are to the restaurant.
I have no issues waiting for such flavoursome food and fantastic customer service. Our 1 year old enjoyed it as well because the staff gave their 100 % attention to her. We will surely visit again.
An amazing breakfast spot! Absolutely spectacular coffee & service. It was busy when I was there but the staff was super attentive! I had the steak skillet & absolutely could not make it half way thru, I recommend getting the two egg though. I only got the one egg and it wasn’t enough egg distribution for me ? can’t wait to go back!
First time to try P&S today. Going there on a Sunday lunch time was not the best idea, we had to wait literally an hour... And. Another. 30. Minutes. For. The Food. But I couldn't blame anyone for it. I mean all the staff seemed friendly and amazing, and they did everything they could possibly do to cater to everyone on such a busy atmosphere. Because of the wait time, my hunger level escalated a bit further so when my order came (Santa Fe eggs bene), I was underwhelmed by the portion size of the potatoes. I checked other Google Reviews now and saw some bene plates had bigger potato portions... That's disappointing. A little compliment like a free cup of coffee or tea or, in this case, a simply bigger potato portion would have been appreciated, you know, after the 1.5 hrs wait time. 'Cause let's be honest, the potatoes are not above par compare to their competitors. I mean, they're still potatoes, just diced, right? ?. But in all fairness, I really enjoyed the flavor of my Santa Fe bene with the spicy hollandaise sauce (yummmmyyyy!!!!). Tasted like cheese pimento. I'd say one of the best bene's in Halifax! And what I like about P&S is their variety of eggs bene options! Will definitely come back and try EVERYTHING on their menu... but never again on a Sunday noon ?
This restaurant knows how to do breakfast!! I've been here twice now, once with a friend and once with my mom and another friend. No one had anything bad to say either time. There are large portions and it always comes out delicious, hot and fresh! The specialty coffees are amazing too! Our servers were great both times as well. I have a plan to go back again next week on my birthday, can't wait!
Ordered takeout today, tried the Oh-la-la Crepe, sweet&salty crepe, and French Toast Crisp this time. Very Good! 10/10.I waited about 10 minutes for my food, which is reasonable, and the home fries are fresh and tasty as always, Definitely will be back and try something else!
Food tasted great and well worth the price. Ordered the Mexican skillet and mango smoothie. Also ordered the sunshine sangria, tasted really good.Definitely will go back.Waitress was also super friendly and helpful
