Their drivers need to STOP parking in the middle of the road in front of their store because they don't want to walk the extra 20 feet to a parking spot. They have caused so many near miss accidents that I'm shocked they haven't gotten in trouble. Zero care for public safety and their pizza isn't too good either. Sometimes there's 2 to 3 cars blocking the road in front of their location. They park there all day and are never doing it temporarily. And the pizza isn't very good either
I used to really enjoy this location but over the last year it has changed.Tonight I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and was charged 17$, they were very rude when taking my order - and there were about 8 people gathered in the back of the kitchen area laughing and clearly not working - most people within the location appeared to be family and friends. They did not wash their hands, threw out my receipt and then left to the back to chat and forgot about my pizza which i had to ask for after seeing it sitting on the oven for 5 minutes. When i got home it was the worst pizza ive ever had - i would have been better off with frozen. I would avoid this location at all costs - it is not reflective of Pizza Pizza -They frequently charge prices that are higher than on the menu, they are rude and clearly the good reviews are from family and friends of this owner. Terrible service . Terrible food. Staff were NOT wearing masks.
I had a great experience with Pizza Pizza. I ordered veggie pizza and it was mouthwatering. It was not just looking delicious, but taste was also great. I received very friendly service from staff and store was very clean and neat. I highly recommend.

I drove to the Mumford location for a pick up order on a rainy day. When I got home, I realized my pizza was prepared wrong and it was over cooked. I tried calling the actual store but it seems they use an external call centre. The call centre agent offered me a $2 credit or told me to go back for a free replacement. I had no interest in accepting a $2 credit and I was not prepared to go back outside in the rain. I also asked them to simply deliver me the correct pizza and they would not do so. When I asked to speak to a manager, they offered me a $5 credit when I obviously paid more than $5.When I sent an message the Pizza Pizza feedback email account to request a refund on my credit card, they refused to do so. They offered me a store credit, but I’d rather not order from a place with poor quality food.The quality of the food has worsened over the years and the customer service is nonexistent. They should simply refund customers when they make a mistake, not offer a ridiculous store credit for less than half of the price paid. Also, why would I want a credit for overcooked pizza? Makes no sense.
Absolutely the worse service ever through the Call Centre. Called the store for help and they transferred me to the call Centre. called back and they did the same thing again
Ordered 20 wings from Chicken Chicken on UBEREATS. Just aware that it is Pizza Pizza. That’s why the taste was so terrible. You can buy frozen chicken from Cash&Carry and deep fry yourself. The same thing. It is the ghost kitchen.
The best pizza we ever had!! The pizza was so delicious and consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. I would recommend trying out pizza here!
I ordered large pizza last night around 11:25 and on the very first slice i got sharp metal thing on it. Called the store to complain about it they said if you can come back today we’ll give you replacement otherwise only 50%credit?
I always order the same pizza from pizza pizza, but look what this franchise has to offer. 7.5 slices of sausage and 7 slices of mushroom (both cut really thin) on my medium mushroom sausage melt. I paid roughly 20 for this pizza after tips , their price is higher than what’s on the menu. The staff are stingy. If you don’t have to go to this franchise DON’T GO
