Standard Pizza Hut. My kids love their pizzas and the team is always polite and order amways correct and on time.
The unfortunate about ordering for delivery is you never get to see the restaurant inside. Well, I did last night at the Quinpool location. Absolutely disgusting. Floors look like the haven t been properly cleaned in a long time. Splatters over the walls, front desk was gross. Workers not wearing hair nets. Handling cash and then orders. So disappointing because Pizza Hut pizza is so good. But when you see this I will not order from this location again.
Ordered food for 48.70$ and crust was so hard , breadsticks were so hard doesn’t taste good at all . Called two times at store no one answered. ??
The delivery driver was this guy saying that my elevator was broken when he hadn’t even come in the building (spoiler it wasn’t broken) and I live on the third floor, I’m pregnant and have my toddler I had to feed (I know he wouldn’t know so I don’t blame him for that) but when he called me before calling my buzzer I said I’m on the third floor and he lied and told me the elevator was broken and I said the stairs aren’t to high, I’m sorry but I can’t just come down I have a child here with me and he hung up on me and when he got to my door I noticed he took the elevator, and he didn’t say anything to me but gave me my food and walked away mad. I called Pizza Hut to tell them and I’m pretty sure they aren’t going to do anything about it cause they didn’t even ask what he did I just told them he was rude with me. So as much as I enjoy the food…. It was a bad experience for me this time…
Terrible customer service at this location, they just don't care about your order or small instructions you give them, always mess something up. I have never seen this careless and casual behavior in service industry. This location is very terribly managed and I am not sure how they are still in business. Never ordering from this pizza hut again.
Would not recommend if buying multiple things, I bought 3 pizzas, bread sticks and their Hershey cookie. 1 pizza had wrong toppings, bread sticks didn't have cheese and cookie was forgotten. Also their phone number and customer line does not work, very disappointing (quinpool location)
Ordered from the quinpool store, my roommate bit into a slice of pizza and found that. She thought she had lost a tooth. Called the store and they casually said they would send another free pizza and just refund the one that had the metal in it. Manager on the phone refused to give out his name. Kept asking us to take a free pizza.After calling us back they now want us to bring the pizza and the metal piece to the store for proof and only then would they process a full refund.They are just brushing this off and acting like it's not a big deal.
Ordered pizza said 20 mins showed up in 10 to have nice hot pizza ready

Surprisingly really good pizza, easy to order online, picked up within 15 minutes hot and ready. My only complaint would be the total lack of customer service. Not a single person spoke to me while there. And there was a delivery driver wandering around the kitchen with no hairnet and no mask on and had his hands all over the dishes. Yuck!
