I drove 45 minutes to this store today..it was my first time...I wasn't greeted, asked if I needed help, 4 staff members and no one made eye contact..already I am not impressed...the prices are double giant tiger, Walmart and even the superstore...I went up and down every row and bought nothing..of course no one said good bye. I stopped at foodland on my way home and the same brand of oat milk was on sale for 3.99. Before you make the drive, check everywhere else for what your looking for.

I came here on the recommendation of another health store, as Organic Earth Market was one of few stores with the product I was looking for.The store seemed to be well-stocked with an assortment of health-related products at reasonable prices (for a health food store). There is even a little coffee shop inside with free coffee. There is lots of parking available (free), and the store is easily accessible. It is worth double-checking your receipt before leaving the store. My purchase came up at the wrong price at checkout (40% higher!), but the cashier quickly corrected the mistake when it was brought to their attention.

I like that they have lots of bulk herbs and teas and other staples, but their non-bulk items are prohibitively expensive! Sometimes they charge twice the price as superstore or sobeys for exactly the same item. But they do carry a few natural/specialty health-food things not available elsewhere.

Love this little gem in Halifax.Great selection of organic foods and supplements.Great organic coffee, tea, juice and smoother bar.Wish I had one of these in my town!It was worth the walk from the ferry terminal.

Yesterday I witnessed a very concerning and blatant act of discrimination and refusal of service by staff and management of this store. No reason was given for the refusal. It did not appear to be a policy issue and management aggressively and unnecessarily escalated the situation without cause or reason.I have shopped almost exclusively for wellness products at this store since returning to Nova Scotia, but after what I witnessed yesterday, there is no way a business who intentionally harms and disrespects their patrons, without stated reason, will get another dollar from me.

I am embarassed to admit this, but I normally would have shopped online, I went to this store yesterday and it reminded me how nice the retail experience can be. Customer service was A+ , Raman had answers to all my questions, right on the spot, and he was so nice. It’s a nice store to get some niche products from. I got extra things of course.I was also offered a complimentary magazine to read. I’ll recommend all the online shoppers to visit this store once.

Nice store with a really good selection of organic and alternative (vegetarian/vegan) products plus local produce. It also has a nice bulk section with flour, nuts, etc. Their smoothies are very good value. Tons of parking. Admittedly, I don't do all my shopping here since I do eat poultry and fish (which they do have but frozen) but when I'm looking for high quality ingredients or alternatives to meat, I go here. Halifax needs more stores like this.

i wish i could do ALL my shopping here, i love this grocery store so much. friendly staff, excellent cafe, i love the natural pharmacy, there are always a lot of things on sale (student discounts on Tuesdays -10%!), fresh produce, SUCH good pre-made food, the list goes on!

Love it. They always have what I need whenever I need a natural alternative to certain products which have too many chemicals. The only downside is that their point system needs to be updated to accommodate customers who have lost their point collecting cards. Those point collecting cards need to be replaced without the trouble of losing all of the points!

Great store! Friendly staff, almost every natural heath supplement you could think of and hard-to-find nartual and/or organic products.
