Great Pakistani restaurant with friendly and welcoming staffs. If you are looking for Halal options then this is one of the best places to consider in the city. I ordered the Chicken Biriyani and another day I ordered Naan and Tandoori Chicken. Both times I had full satisfaction on the taste of the food and the service provided by their awesome staffs. I will visit them again next time when I am at Halifax.
Somebody please help them to teach how to make biriyani. Rice doesn't have any flavor not even salt and chicken also doesn't have any flavor similar to biriyani one of my worst experience. Paid around $19 for this.
Location is good in quinpool road, however parking is hard to find.Decorations and layout is good, the restaurant is very big and fit large group.Cleanliness, the place is clean to expectationsSerives, extremely friendly and professional, the servant well knowledgeable about the food and ingredients.Timing for service is plausible and timing to get the food also within expectationsFood, is delicious ? ? and yummy ? and rich, I couldn't finish the plate.Prices, affordable and $ compare to quality and quantity.Conclusion, I am coming back, it is worth the visit for sure.
Food was good. Restaurant was cold inside did not want to take off our coats and the service was not good.We had ordered appetizers and used the three plates the server gave us. We then stacked them at the end of the table when we were finished and she then asked us if we wanted clean plates for our meal! Yes please!She did not bring a glass with the cider I ordered...I would not drink from a bottle! She was also very slow taking the order and there was only one other table with customers in there! My daughter wanted to leave from the get go, but we thought we would give her the benefit of the doubt.To sum up I think she might have been inexperienced,she did seem pleasant enough.Will think twice about going back. Working my way thru all the dishes. On about my 5th visit. May be the best value in Halifax. Always get dinner and enough to heat up for lunch the next day. Butter Chicken to die for and Garlic Naan exquisite!
We found this wonderful restaurant a few weeks ago and just had to go back for more. The food is amazing, and the staff friendly and efficient. If I lived closer I would be there often.
Yesterday we dined there. The food service and flavour was awesome.I will go there again. Veg korma, Chicken biryani was awesome. Though the tandoori chicken was bit off and not juicy and i didn’t like the color added to the chicken. Veg platter was good too. Overall 5/5 experience. Friends loved it too. Keep up the good work. We need good food. Indian food comforts us, being away from home
Naan is the best we’ve had in Halifax, especially since it was warm even for a delivery. Butter chicken and Chana Masala were also flavourful and came in round containers that were also warm. Veggie rice was very colourful and vegetables were included on the inside. Overall, food was filling, tasty, and had beautiful presentation for a delivered meal. Would come back again.
Always good! Don't know why there are so many negative reviews but I always have the best experience. Food tasted really yummy and our server Ayaz made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us the entire time. Less than $60 for drinks, appetizer and main meals I think that's a decent price for supper. Plus no washing dishes involved. Highly recommended!
