I usually like their food but 1 had a really bad experience today! I got 3 Hair today from my shawarma plate which is really disappointed!
Haven't had their food since 2019, I finally got some again tonight, it's still the best I've ever had. I love it. Everything was so amazing.
Food is great, I wish they would teach the young staff proper customer service though. It seems this is a dying artform across the board. The food is delicious, however...
I used to love going to get a shawarma wrap from mezza in general when it was mostly chicken then rest of vegetables, but pretty much stopped when they started putting tiny portions of chicken (before they did not measure, and it was great!) and loading the rest, the wraps no longer called chicken shawarma because vegetable chicken wrap
We just had a donair from Mezza. It was the worst donair we've ever had. The meat was either 5 days old, or cooked beyond tough. I couldn't eat it. Very little tomatoes. We tried to add donair sauce, but that didn't help at all. KOD is much better. Will not go back to Mezza.
Order never arrived when I tried to phone them a number of times no answer. Didn’t get my money back either. Not recommended.
I usually love Mezza. I go to 4 different locations throughout HRM and I'm finding them to be declining in service each time. On my last visit last week to this location there was about 7 counter staff working but everyone seemed to be trying to help each other out and it was clogging up the line. Instead of working together in an assembly line the person taking the orders would then randomly leave their post to help the person at the end of the line with fries, sauces etc. The portions are super small now. We ordered 2 shawarma bowls and there was basically a tablespoon of chicken. Yes, it's weighed but I seem to remember getting 2 scoops of chicken. Or at least far more then the past few visits. This time it was laughable. I basically spent $25 for 2 bowls of lettuce. They gave us each 4 slivers of pickles. Needles to say for the money and the quantity and quality we will be passing on Mezza for awhile.
Had a protein bowl on evening.Chicken, vegetables and rest was really really good and tastes fresh. Loved it.Representative was really friendly and helpful to us to select the best option.Location is just great, Parking is free and you can have drinks from nearby and take a walk right after.
Very nice and delicious food. Staff are so friendly and I liked the oriental taste and music there.
Expensive, small portion and nothing to fill upp.., Expensive.
