The only problem was the drive-thru wasn't working so we had to go inside and then they forgot one Burger but we went back in and they apologized and gave us a burger.
I ordered junior chicken burger but they used mcchicken patie in the burger instead of junior. Most irresponsible people work here
8:30 am. Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. Was told to wait in spot 2. Took 15 minutes for food to arrive.This is not fast food, I would have left but they already had my money.
Amazing service! In the middle of a very chaotic supper rush the staff forgot to give me my receipt for a very large order. The manager took the time to find my receipt while still helping his entire staff be super efficient. That was an amazing display of leadership!!!
The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I am a former McDonald’s employee, so I can tell when they are just bulshi*ing the customers. I used to go to this particular McDonald’s once a week in the night to get ice cream, and their ice cream machine is always broken. Now I worked at McDonald’s, it never happened at the McDonald’s I worked at. The staff is surprisingly rude to the customers, seems like they never learned the word “sorry”. Today they made me wait 15 minutes for my order and when i complained, the employee just walked off. The worst customer experience ever, I have pledged to drive extra 5 kms to different McDonald’s, but I am never stepping my foot in Herring Cove McDonald’s.
I am delivery driver and I asked for a coffee in the middle of the night. The lady on the drive through shift ( 23/04/2022) told me that I don’t have time for your free stuff. How rude and insulting she was!! It’s not from her pocket and this employee is behaving badly to the company’s customers and destroying the reputation of the company . This is insane
Were there in drive thru for 10 mins and they still gave us two chilled coffee and when we aak them to hot they gave us attitude that this is how the coffee is done i mean seriously worst place to ever go for the beverage blnever recommend to anyone.
The staff was very rude! They don’t know how to talk. They only rush customers. Also they provide cold coffee instead of hot. If we go for return they deny and just give money back. Would never visit again! Staff of the Company like McDonald’s should not behave rude to their customers. Poor service!
I love Mcdonald's french fries and almost everyday we are buying here in this store. I want to give a credit to the staff and they did not disappoint me even the fries was a little bit cold.
Its macdonalds what can I say... stop eating fast food. But its fast for a reason. It's pretty convenient when you forgot to wat and are hungry on the road or you're too lazy to cook.
