Just home after buying breakfast (drive thru) and discovered that I wasn’t given napkins, utensils, butter or syrup…just three items in a bag. Not expecting fine dining but at least some minimal attention to detail would be appreciated.
Great location...tables in dining room could use some cleaning. Staff works hard. Food is hot and consistent. Anyone who has had the coffee knows it is the best hands down.
Absolutely terrible, ordered from here three times. The fries are so old they're chewy, and either no salt or way too much. For some reason they never put ice in your pop? They always say they're out of ice, great just what a want a room temperature pop on a hot day. The burgers are just as bad as the rest of the combo. Not worth your money. Go to a different McDonald's. Better yet spend the extra 10$ and go to five guys and get a good burger

I don’t know why this place is receiving tons of bad reviews. I had a good first experience here ordering a Big Mac and iced coffee. The atmosphere of the place is good. The floors and tables look clean and the staff works fast. Overall, I’m totally coming back.
They used to be alright for a fast food place. Not sure if they are under new management or have a lot of very new staff but the past couple of times I've very disappointed with the food. Twice in a row there was no egg on my egg BLT, and the hash browns are consistently cold and soggy....
My chicken was warm at best. They gave me a wrong burger( didn’t order that kind of burger). They need to control the younger, none paying clients, from running around the dining area causing an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I ordered a McChicken with extra lettuce, they gave me a McChicken with extra mayo and it wasn't even hot. The bread was stale and the fries were cool and not thoroughly cooked. Prices have gone up but product quality and service has drastically decreased!
Sunday April 3, 2022 Spilled drink on the floor, 90% of the tables were smeared with ketchup etc, fries and other food particles on the tables and floor. Even stains on some of the walls. Watched other customers do what I did - look for a table that wasn't gross. It wasn't easy. Food's never been great - basically passible. This is NOT a well-run franchise.
I didn't think a place could be this incompetent, but here we are, Peakview way Mcdonalds. They literally provide the worst service I have had ANYWHERE in Canada, over the past 10 years. Items are NEVER right, I ask them to repeat it to make sure its correct before I pay. I give my code and ask if they got it. They say they do, but low and behold, it doesn't come through on the app. This has happened 5 times now. The incompetence is all over. Those taking the order and those making the orders.
