The drive through person barely spoke English. She messed up our order. Never apologized just told us to drive through. The second person was obviously mad because she was " sick of fixing her mistakes".
Staff are amazing and service ill give 95% as they've only forgotten my machiken sauce 2 times out of 100s. Drive tru is descent with time as the food is worth the wait. Well prepared and cared for service make this location my favourite ! Keep up the great work employees as you make the dream happen.
Fries, drink double big Mac. The serving was poor though the patty was flying out from the sides and all. Whatever, let's eat.
Manager who is working at night was extremely rude. Plz try to avoid this location. You can find other Mc Donalds nearby. Specially the delivery guys.
Today we ordered 2 hot fudge sundae's, there were No peanut, filled to the top with ice cream, there was very little No hot fudge, they said they “made it pretty” we told them and they pretty much told us to leave.We went back and got are receipt and didn’t give us the right one at first we told them and they finally gave the refund receipt.We are now driving to an other McDonalds Hope fully it’s better!
Who ever was working the drive through tonight at 2am deserves a raise ! Legit best and funniest service we have ever received! 10/10
Food is generally better then most McDonalds around and staff always seem to be pretty friendly. Nothing else to really note.
We go for the kids. They were polite and fairly quick. The fries were not half full, which happens alot and the pop was not just light brown carbonated water- which happened last time because they did not change the syrup when it was empty.
The drive thru service was fast I was greeted by friendly staff at point of the process, thanked for my purchase and the order was made properly.
❗️UPDATE FOR DELIVERY APP CUSTOMERS: couriers have started to decline orders from this location DUE TO very poor service so if you want faster delivery times- order from SPRING GARDEN or MUMFORD. THEY TREAT COURIERS MUCH BETTER and don’t have an illegitimate policy.LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS, same complaints. Staff NEEDS TRAINING. Management does not know what they are doing here. Night shift staff manager I think he was, or at least trying to be lol, is very difficult to work with and he has one of the most EASIEST jobs in the world. Very unprofessional, incompetent and a waste of everyone’s time- not just mine, look at the reviews of 2021.
