My biggest complaint is the parking and drive thru. It gets kinda messy. Inside could use a reno job to make it more upto date as other locations. We typically do drive thru which is fine, food all good.
This McDonald's is particularly very busy. Even though there are a dozen staff, everyone looks like they are running in a hurry. A long line-up at the drive-in is another thing to note. Expect anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes for most orders. The worst part is not the wait. The food is really pathetic. The burger (the patty in particular) I got was undercooked. After taking my first bite I was having the hot outside and cold inside phenomenon.I don't recommend that you should visit unless you just need fries and pop.
Not the best of MacDonald I have been to but certainly is a lovely and spacious place to dine in. Staffs are very warm,courteous and active .considering the client follow ,it still looks cleans .
Quick service, as expected from a fast food chain.I ordered ahead using the phone app, which I recommend. When I arrived to the ordering spot, I just say the code, no confusion, no delays, and you are only charged then, not in advance.There was no line up in the drive-thru, but it was Friday evening.
This particular McDonald's is not easy to access. There few parking spots and more than half were blocked off. I was the only customer at the counter and 3 staff behind the counter and still had to wait 3-5 minutes just to place my order for 2 cones. I then had to wait another 5-8 minutes to receive my cones. The floors were dirty and the store did not appear well maintained. Very disappointed by my first and last visit.
You know it’s bad when I’ve Literally never wrote a review before but feel like this has to be done… picture this being a Saturday afternoon and just wanting a simple order from your local dons drive through. I’m usually not a person that minds waiting for my food as I know fast food can be difficult, but when there’s 8-12 cars in front of me that was already a red flag. Moral of this story is I waited in that god forsaken line for close to 40 minutes and your staff STILL didn’t even get my order correct??? Hands down worst service and management I’ve ever seen. The manager of this franchise absolutely needs to be fired and swapped with someone that knows how to run a decently timed drive through. I could of quite literally walked to the second closest McDonald’s, ordered, walked back, eaten, AND walked to quinpool in the time I wasted waiting for my incomplete order. Avoid this establishment at all costs if you would like to keep your sanity
Extremely dirty. Covid numbers aside, before every person's break, there should be someone cleaning tables. Not once have I ever gone to a McDonald's and seen staff clean tables. I'm not looking for a 5 star glamurous restaurant treatment, I'm very well aware it's a fast food bottom of the barrel restaurant, but your paying customers deserve a clean table to eat at of you are going to provide a dine in service.
Just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru trying to get breakfast. The staff didn't know how to process a gift card OR a credit card properly.
Slowest drive thru I have ever visited. You are just taking advantage of the fact that your position is bringing you people no matter what. 30 min for a coffee!!! What are you guys doing inside there?!?! Congratulations to the manager.
Fast but I didnt get bacon and I repeated it twice. Wasnt charged for bacon but after repeating it twice , I was sure they heard me ?
