Great diner breakfast with gluten free options!! Staff is super friendly and service is quick! Would be one of my go-to spots for a basic breakfast if I lived in Halifax
This place has the best eggs Benny that I’ve had in years. My niece was obsessed with their breakfast sausages. We ate here twice in two days, had to get another Benny in before heading to PEI! Definitely recommend. Staff are very friendly and food is excellent.
Absolutely amazing place for breakfast/lunch. Great food and incredible service. Gives off such wholesome vibes and the staff are unbelievably friendly! Can't wait to eat there again.
Went for lunch with a friend today, owner and staff were lovely.The owner overheard my friend explaining how much they disliked tomatoes, specifically cutting them. We got into a brief conversation with her, and after she cleared the nearby tables she came back.She brought over a tomato, a plate, and a knife and diced it in front of us while explaining her technique to my friend. The food was very reasonably priced, and entertainment was free of charge.

I ordered two poached eggs, gluten free toast, “healthy option” baked hash brown, and bacon.Bacon was cold with pooled grease. I brought this to the attention of waitress, replacement wasn’t offered. I didn’t finish it.I was quite surprised the healthy option hash browns are the preformed package hash browns you get at Walmart, which usually contains a host of additives. I got a surprise $2 charge for the hashbrown “upgrade” from home fries.I travel nonstop for business and this was the worst breakfast experience in years. There were two tables being used, it wasn’t busy.
Loved this hidden breakfast spot. Reasonably priced and lots of fun options. I got the breakfast burrito which was very tasty and my friend got the big breakfast with a side pancake. Great food and welcoming friendly service.
My visit there was simply outstanding! The food was so good, served hot in a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff were amazing and friendly. Water poured without asking, coffee was offered immediately. My partner had vegan options they could enjoy. I can't recommend this place enough!
Absolutely delicious meals!!! And the staff was so friendly and accommodating - consistently ensuring our every need was met and then more.The breakfast poutine was mouth watering good and I will be purchasing next time in Halifax.
I’m not sure why they used disposable dishes in a sit in restaurant, could have been a COVID measure. The building was a little run down. However the food was excellent and the staff were super friendly. I would likely eat here again.
