They've wrong timings on Google. I went several times at around 10 pm and they were closed. Today I finally found them open but they had no ice cream flavours. No chocolate, no vanilla, no cookies 'n cream and such. Only white chocolate, birthday cake, bubble gum, along with some lactose free flavours. I asked for Rasberry Cheesecake and they were not willing to add it as part of the banana split. It was a complete waste of time and a bad experience. I don't recommend at all.
I visited on Sun, June 26th. There were no flavors for ice cream available, not even vanilla.
I came to Marble Stone as part of a trip to Montréal and Halifax. I ordered sweet cream ice cream with Oreo cookies and chocolate fudge toppings. The ice cream was great, though even better was the service. The three workers serving us were very friendly and helpful. I have never meet ice cream workers that were so friendly and social as these workers were. Highly recommend you come here!
The staff was less than welcoming, this was only my comment, rather than that the icecream was delicious and tastes really great.

Pretty dang good ice cream & friendly staff. Never tried the cold-slab style ice cream before and definitely going back for sure (will choose marble slab over DQ from now on, just for the amount of flavour you get). Ignore the novel sized reviews and just go and try it. I'm glad I did
Went today and decided not to purchase as the ice cream was liquidy in the freezers. Ice build up as well as duct taped covers. Asked the employee why the ice cream is wet. Employee just gave a smile and said freezers were fine. Seems like a non-isolated incident from previous review in Sept 2021. Do not recommend this location. Went to McDonald's for a cone instead.
I was here last year and was very disapointed. I wanted to bring a friend who had never been to a Marble Slab. I am from Ontario where Marble slab was one of my favourite ice cream places. They never disappointed, until I moved here.The first time I went to this location, there were about 4 flavours of ice cream and all were melting. The cones were stale and they were "out" of several mixins.I have since tried to go to this location several times but they have been closed with hand written note on the door saying "sorry for the Inconvenience". When you live over an hour away, it is quite an inconvenience to not be following your posted hours.I have seen several people comment on the lack of customer service or the poor quality of the items served. I have also seen several replies from, what I would believe to be the owner stating it is an "isolated incident" or "not normal for this location" yet the reviews keep showing that it is indeed normal.I recently attempted to go to this location again, at my shock they were open, however there was melted ice cream slopped all over counters and the "freezers" were full of soupy "ice cream". I have seen the recent reply stating "it is not normal for those location" and more excuses on how things didn't get moved fast enough or the tops not taken off the product. It appears that there might be a problem with the managment of the location if standards are constantly not met.I expect so much better from an ice cream brand that I KNOW can have good product and friendly staff. Perhaps Marble Slab should do some investigations on the quality of this location. Those who have been to other Marble Slab locations know what this ice cream should be like.I too walked out and chose not to purchase product that was melted and glossy. I also do not feel anyone should be served ice cream that was melted and re-frozen.My review may be harsh but I feel this location needs to do better and be held accountable for the constant negative reviews and disapointed customers. Constant excuses by the person replying to the reviews with concerns, don't seem to be fixing the problems. Marble Slab brand name deserves better.
We reached the Icecream shop 9:50 pm. I called them that I am on my way and reached early only. Doors were locked before 10 mins closing time. I saw the shadow of someone too working but we were knocking and phn calling them ,, no body came forward or open the door. It’s so disgusting. Their customer service is never up to the mark but this was not expected. Even 1 staff member (who don’t have duty that day ) was waiting to pick some stuff from inside. We all waited for 7 mins outside in cold .They intentionally lock the door and avoided their duty .. I want to reach to owner to report it.
Leaving a five star to counter the one anti vac dummy. Also I love this place, great ice cream every time.
