I have a house special for dinner. The texture of the noodle is nice. The chef is generous in providing beef. The soup is rich in taste but not salty.The owner must be praised for his flexibility. My in-laws and friends and I visited the restaurant around 8.15pm. The restaurant is about to close at 9pm. The owner is still willing to welcome us and serve us.Dark chocolate 72% cocoa is served. Appreciate very much!A nice restaurant to come across with in Halifax.

I ordered the house special pho and it was as expected. Broth was well made and it was a good portion size. Definitely warmed me up after being out in the rain. The server was friendly and provided good service. Street parking available.
The ingredients are very fresh and the amount of meat is massive. I recommend this restaurant if you like Vietnamese cuisine.

Love the vermicelli bowls (peanut warning though). I haven't tried anything else because these are so good.The service is awesome, the ambiance is delightful, and it has a great people watching view.
We came here for lunch based on good reviews. It was not your typical mom n pop restaurant. The ambience was very cozy and the furniture was nice. We ordered the spicy beef soup and the vermicelli beef bowl with spring rolls to share (because we just wanted to try both). The broth was made from reall bones. I could tell because it was not overpowered with msg and salt. It was also slightly rich in body which was a pleasant surprise. The bubble tea bobba was delicious. They also had an assortment of beer and beverages. We felt catered to by our server. I would recommend this place to people.
Uncompromising spot for Vietnamese food.Pho is exactly how I like it. Heavy on broth without too many noodles. House Special is brisket and rare beef.Peanut sauce is on point, and the salad rolls are too. Ca Phe takes 20mins because they do it right.I'm from Toronto where Vietnamese places are very common, and I had no complaints here. Definitely worth stopping by.
The meal we had yesterday was so amazingly balanced. The only dessert on the menu is so good that it’s all that’s needed ?….awesome service, family operated, clean, nicely decorated. GO!
Im not sure if he was the owner or a server but he has to be friendly and he should talk nicely with each guest. You should always make your customer feel that they are welcome and try your best to have connection. I am not usually giving a bad feedback on my reviews but today was different! We were so excited to eat Pho but when we came, at least give us a table first before telling us that youre closing after an hour due to kitchen cleaning schedules. In addition to that, we wanted to move to another table so i sat down right after the last guest just to make sure that no one will take that spot anyway we can wait. He reacted differently so we decided to just leave.
