Very good burgers, very good service

Had it for the first time today. Had the smoking goat combo. Surprised to see it was $20. They only have one size of fountain pop (it's a McDonald's small). The burger itself is 4/10. Sloppy and gritty meat. Only reason this isn't a 1 star rating is because of the friendly service and great fries. Biggest disappointment was the value.

Best Burgers, Best Fries, Best Mac and Cheese. 10/10 will be back.

Location in the heart ❤️ of downtown is perfect. Parking is an issue.Layout and decorations, stylish and modern, it is the type of burger restaurant.Cleanliness is acceptable.Service is plausible and staff knowledgeable of ingredients.Time waiting to get served was okTime to get the food was acceptablePrices costs me around average $20/meal.Tastes is good, not specialConclusion, if you look for small meals and affordable price, this one is good choice

I called the restaurant. One order was on GF bun. This is the worst gluten free bun I've ever had. I tried to explain as they are local to use other local bakers to access better buns?? They admitted that they have crumbly buns and it is because they have no gluten???Other restaurants have buns that are GF like school house that do not crumble when eating. I guess stay tuned and see if they support local???

Stopped by on a road trip in Halifax. Great quality burger for a great price! The Krave burger tasted amazing

30$ (tx & tip) for a chicken club burger and a side of mac n cheese with bacon and mushroom. The burger was good but the mac n cheese was very boring (flavourless, couldn't even taste any cheese). The service was adequate, got me in and out the door without fuss. Wouldn't go back unless there were no other places open.

We chose to spend our hard earned money getting burgers at krave tonight. Two of my kids wanted plain bacon cheeseburgers. That’s what we ordered and that’s what came up on our slip. We got home with our take out only to discover the bacon was uncooked and the burger was covered in raw onions, both of them. I called and asked them to remake the burgers and drove all the way back. When I got there I was met by the manager who asked me if I wanted the burgers to be made. Obviously I would not have driven all the way back with the incorrect burgers and not expected them to at least remake them properly. So I had to wait. We also ordered three barnyard burgers that were missing the crispy onions. No compensation except an extra fries and definitely no satisfaction. In this day and age when everything is so expensive this service is unacceptable.

Only one in the restaurant and was given older or way to well done fries in both orders, the burgers are not what they are cracked up to be.to me if only one person is ordering, then maybe you should take the time to make that order memorable not forgetable! Would not recommend or go there again. (Ps had tge goat cheese burger and the krave, with fries& i tipped well?)

Went for burger week burger. Was really good. Disappointing it on the regular menu and not a 1 off. If you cam get it all the time, it's not unique. Still really tasty and I got the fries and onion rings option as side. Fries ok, rings are great
