KFC just ain't what it used to be. The chicken was so greasy it was soggy and their fries were so bland. I did enjoy a bite of a spicy chicken sandwich though, that was the only redeeming part of my experience!
I came in today on my way to work. I asked for a spicy twister. I noticed on my receipt it said pepper mayo. I informed the cashier that’s not what I wanted. Instead of making a new wrap they put both sauces on my wrap. It was so full of mayo it was falling apart and I had to throw it out. No one answers the phone. Very displeased.
Like microwave chicken, my tooth almost came off, taste like rock hard fried for a week
The chicken was not well cooked and the gravy was tasteless, I think they changed the recipe of the gravy.
Charged me for 1 large macaroni salad and 1 large gravy and I got home and realized neither were in there… I was charged for them and this is definitely not the first time this has happened and I shouldn’t have to check my bag and riddle through everything on the counter before I leave.. ridiculous
I got the chicken tender personal bucket. The tenders were tender and delicious, as were the fries. I also got an order of gravy to dip the tenders and fries in. The young lady that served me was very polite and friendly, and service was very quick. This meal could easily have fed two generously.
I don't know what the KF c's are like anywhere else but this one is absolutely delicious fast friendly helpful the woman at the front counter takes the time to explain prices and offers you the best deal for what you're looking for thank-you-ma'am
I never received a confirmation for my order, and when I tried to call their location, I kept getting hung up on. they gave me chicken missing skin and I dont know if I was my food, but the people in the back seemed frustrated as they were slamming and dropping things in the back. the soda machine was out of syrup and the poor girl manning the counter really needed help with how busy this location is.
The chicken was fresh and tasty not greasy. The french fries were very soggy. It was very busy there.
The woman who waited on us was great - very friendly, knew the menu, and even helped us pick menu options that saved us money. It's personnel like her who will ensure we come back to this location :)Oh, the food was great, too!
