I ordered two hamburgers, and when I got home, both of them looked like that. Chicken patties are hard and dry, and the amount of sauce is small.
We ordered online and the food was sent from this branch!!! The worst meal I have ever had!!! I wish that I have taken a picture of the bad famous chicken sandwiches they sent. The chicken was very dry and the bread coating was like a rock. The cabbage in the salad was very thick and hard to chew on. Avoid this restaurant by all means.
Parking is a little scary with construction looming over the limited spots and not everyone parking their best. Service was amazingly fast early evening. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
This location is pretty bad at getting your order correct. I had to make a trip back because they forgot my chicken tenders, dipping sauce and utensils. Very disappointing service.
KFC is not what it used to be.While the staff is courteous and helpful and the store is clean and accessible, the chicken is not what it once was...we haven't eaten KFC for over 4 years.Thus, I gave only 4 stars because the product has changed and not, in our opinion, for the better.
1st I was told that they didn't have the special 4pcs box with double sides and I was left with one 4pcs optional. Only to realize when I got home that I had 1 small wign and the rest of the 3pcs I couldn't figure it out.Neither the less the chicken was dry like it was yesterday's. I had the same experience before at this same location and now I am starting to wonder. My money its same as everyone. This used to be a good location, the old lady that works there she's always been very good but since this group of new employees. I can tell you this place is going down the tubes. Wait and see. I am not going back there ever again and neither will my friends
the worst kfc ever!! my large fry was so small (cant post a picture; it wont let me) the food is nasty, the place is dirty as hell!! im surprised they’re even opened smh
The shop will never make food on time. Every time I make a reservation in advance, it's no use.I have a reservation to pick up the meal at 15:00. When I arrived at 15:30, all the clerks were chatting and had a very bad attitude. After checking my order, than began to make food.They don't have any sorry thoughts.
Terrible customer service. Employee decided he needed to grab a soda before serving us. Employees don't seem to understand food safety in the slightest. Order was thrown into box, slammed onto counter. Our food wasn't even made correctly.
Do not go to this KFC on Quipool Road, it used to be cleaned in there many years ago, me and my husband were eating in couple days ago, many small flies were all over the tables, garbage cans near inside the front door were full, we were eating as fast as we could then left.
