If you love Unagi you absolutely must have it here. It's tender, just enough sauce, and served in hearty sized pieces. I absolutely recommend this place. The yellow tail is also quite good.
Disappointed with the service, was treated disrespectfully. Waiting there for more than 15 minutes by the door, nobody came to greet us till a couple of white people came in. One of the waitresses greeted them immediately and never check in with us. We were really disappointed and felt not welcomed at the restaurant.A bit pricy compared to other sushi places nearby.The food is 4.0 /5 for us, the Omurice is mediocre, don’t try to taste it anymore.
Incredible service, great atmosphere, and the food is fantastic!! The Salmon Warayaki might be the best salmon dish I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Really fantastic Izakaya. I came here for lunch and ordered an Oden Nabe, and spicy Salmon rolls. Both were very good. Service was great and super attentive. I would definitely recommend ?

Easily one of the best Japanese food experiences in the city, down to the presentation. With such a varied menu there are a lot of great options to choose from. The selection of Sake and other drinks is also large enough that it makes sure that you always have a unique experience.
Really great place, wonderful atmosphere and amazing bar food. Don't just get the sushi, try something else. Many of the dishes are Izakaya (bar) food, and highly recommended. The Tonkatsu and Oden nabe were standouts.
There were so many options to pick, it took me a while but the Tuna Poke was on point! I also had baby octopus and they were so good we ordered one more round for the table. Great place to meet with friends and have a good time. Staff were super friendly and drinks were awesome, i had a Sake Margarita and my friend a Sake Mojito and damn it was Goooood! And a couple of sapporos too! Arigato!!
The food here is authentic and delicious.Has great atmosphere and their sushi rice is definitely one of the best.Very friendly staffs.It’s a bit pricey but worth the price
It’s a fantastic restaurant where you can have authentic Korean and Japanese food in Halifax. Not only is the price of the food affordable, but food is very well-portioned. The staff, especially the one with tattoos on her left sleeve, were super sweet and willing to help as much as they could, smiling all the time. I love the vibe and aesthetic atmosphere here, which is very hip. Strongly recommend this hot spot!
