I went to Jungle Jim's this evening (Aug. 6th, 2022) idk what time we got there but we left at 9:30. The service from start to finish was exactly what customer service should be. A prime example of who you'd want to be your server. The food however, was subpar. Those of us that got deep fried food were satisfied with the quality of their food. The three of us that ordered the the Alfredo were left thoroughly unsatisfied. We would have smiled and paid no questions asked, we don't like to cause problem, we're more grin and bare it people. But as mentioned before our server was top notch and comped the meals that went uneaten. All in all, 3 stars, 5 for our lovely server Alyssa and 1 for the cook. We will be back to try other deep fried items but if it weren't for Alyssa that would not even be considered. Let it be known that there's no way she's paid enough. I've been taking my 2 daughters there for 6 years now sa this is where they want to go for their birthday the food is always excellent and the staff is great ill be continuing the tradition in October as that's my youngest daughter's birthday. See you all then. Thankyou.
WE were there on Friday, July 22 2022. I had not been there for about 3 years, We went to try the fish and chips which is 1/2 the price from 11 am to 5 pm, The fried fishl was as good as any local restaurant, the waitress was terrific. The fish was very good and generous size for the 3 of us. I would recommend this special has a great deal and well worth the price.
Never had a bad meal at Jungle Jim's. Great food, great service, great value. I eat here with my Son everytime I am in town.Kid-friendliness: Lots for kids of all ages to look at and eat. Parking: Lots of free parking.
Has a great atmosphere. Good prices and has vegan options. The drink menu is great. Service is always friendly and fast. Good for family dining too.

Clean restaurant and pleasant staff. Food was average. Slightly pricey for what you get but nobody should be disappointed. I would eat there again.
Ordered 2 adult meals and a kids meal. Nothing other than the Mac and cheese was brought for kids meal. Not a drink or dessert was offered and waitress didn't come over to ask how anything was, until time to pay bill. Definitely not recommended
I had the inferno burger and she had the chicken taquitos. Food was brought out extremely quickly and tasted great. I love spicy food but the inferno burger was just a tad to spicy for me (I would say about twice as hot as a spicy Big Mary). You get what you sign up for though. Service was excellent and we were tucked away into our own quiet little booth. Great experience.
Do you remember when you were a kid and restaurants were actually fun to go to and had theming? When Swiss Chalet was like a chalet? Jungle Jim's is still a fun, silly place to go to. It's also the closest you're going to get to a Rainforest Cafe without flying somewhere. The food is standard chain fare, but we're always content, the service is always nice, and the chimi cheesecake is delicious.
