Jenny's is a staple in the North end for good reason. While it's somewhat similar to a dive, the food is great, the place is spotless, and the drinks flow well. They often host local acoustic musicians & DJs for pub tunes, and offer a well-attended video gambling room. The servers are friendly and welcoming to all, and though there have been reported of racial issues in the past, I've been going regularly with my mixed friends and family, and have encountered no problems. This well-loved neighborhood pub serves its community & does it well. Breakfast is also recommended.

Jenny's Place Pub is located in Northend Halifax. It also has a diverse atmosphere ,which makes it easier to feel comfortable. Child friendly, lots to choose from the Weekend Brunch menu, to the daily weekly menu. Prices are very affordable. I would 100% reccomend this place for your go to Restaurant dine in take out experience. Friendly staff that make you feel very comfortable. service is fast and food is always hot. You need to check
Good fish and chips, not greasy or heavy, just perfectly done. We were seated quickly and our order arrived amazingly quick. Everything was perfect except the people smoking outside on the front step (main entrance). It would have been five stars otherwise.

Chicken parm is pretty badass. Jennys is a great little local watering hole and sometimes they have live music. Decent prices and good service are getting harder and harder to find the North End these days.
When we walked in there was no one eating. It was lunch time... 1st red flag.The staff seemed genuinely surprised that we were staying... 2nd red flag, shoulda probably left.The staff and what I assume were regulars, sat in the corner at the bar looking at us, and commenting on our juke box selection as we waited for our meal.The food came and was less than mediocre, could not finish it, and we left hungry.The ceaser was ok.
Boisterous environment where old friends bump into one another frequently. Always have a good time here, and the Jenny's Burger is Awesome
