Burger was very greasy.
Had a reservation, sat on the patio table and chairs were dirty, waitress acted like we were imposing upon her time. She never returned to check on how our food was, just showed up 30 minutes later asked if we were done. We order desert and she acted like that was asking to much. For 138.00 bill I expect better service and a waitress who is a little more personable.
My steak I ordered was suppose to be rare/med, I expected it to be juicy with some red center. instead it was more med/well.. very little pink center and very dry. Definitely not worth $33. The garlic bread was very good, but you advertise that it will serve 2 people, so we ordered 2 but realized when we got it that one bread would have served 4..
Excellent service! Very friendly, welcoming and energetic staff! The food was delicious. Definitely a family favorite.Our nachos were done to perfection. My son devoured his fish and chips. My wife also enjoyed everything she had.Great atmosphere. There are many reasons why my family chooses Jack Astor's when we want something delicious, consistently. Thank you.
It was extremely loud. Had to yell to speak to people at my own table. Crowded. Very expensive for the portion sizes. Delicious but I won't go back anytime soon.

Waitress made mistake after mistake . She didn't give us the water we ordered , when she did get the water she didn't bring enough glasses of water for everyone ( 4 people), then brought us appetizers without plates or utensils, waited forever to get plates..... she forgot the utensils again , appetizer was then cold by the time we could eat. Maybe she was having a bad bad or was dealing with something personal. Either way I gave 3 stars because the food was good but the service didn't match .

Pleasantly surprised, haven't eaten here in years but food was great, service was good and waitress friendly. Price is typical of this type of restaurant
