If you're craving Banh Mi then avoid this establishment. It's no more than Subway under a different theme with a similar quality, and quite overpriced. 31 dollars for two relatively small sandwiches was pretty offensive along with the additional charge for the stingy amount of pate they add. The flavor of the sandwich itself was nothing to brag about either.Won't be returning and it's really puzzling how many people are recommending this place as 'authentic' because I wish I hadn't.

I hate to be harsh, but this was overall really disappointing. I got the pho ga combo (a bowl of pho with half of a banh mi - I got BBQ chicken), a spring roll, and a boba smoothie.First, the pho. The broth was a bit bland and the noodles were these short little strips that had almost disintegrated into the soup. No texture left to them. I got maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in it, which was ironically the best part of the pho.The banh mi didn't fare much better. It had very little filling inside. The baguette was alright, the pickled veggies could have been a bit more pickled, but the chicken? Where was the gochujang? This was supposed to be BBQ chicken but not a speck of sauce was present. It was like they took out the gochujang container and let the chicken sit *nearby*. I'm not joking, this chicken was bare. The spring roll was about the size of a small blunt and I paid $2.99 for it. As was the running theme with this meal, it was also bland. So when I finished the food and was hoping the boba smoothie would be my savior - a little bit of redemption from my waste of takeout money - I was left betrayed. How can you make a smoothie bad? Not even the tapioca pearls could save that texture.I will say that whatever chili sauce they gave me was pretty good though.

Indochine's menu and portions hav improved over the years. My current fav is the chicken phoritto paired with a Vietnamese ice coffee. The pho flavours in a burrito format is perfect.

So not sure what the sandwiches were like but the coconut curry was an abomination, the noodles were spaghetti noodles, onions were raw, and the sauce was blander than a Barry Manilow concert

Excellent Bahn Mi! Lemongrass Tofu was awesome, meat was awesome - excellent spice, jalapeños were medium-hot so test them out first unless you're ok with heat. Staff here is so awesome! If you've bit had Vietnamese bahn mi be aware there's cilantro which for most people is a huge win. Great semi-healthy option after the gym, you can even carry around the baguette and secretly pretend you're Parisian in downtown Halifax. Next time will try the famous coffee.

I ordered the phorrito with Indonesian rendang port inside (medium). It was very delicious and full favors. I love a spicy food and for the next time I will order it again with the spicy choice.

Used to be my favourite place in the city, but I tried to get pork belly the other day and turns out they don't make it anymore. Tried to get whole wheat, they don't carry it anymore. Bahn mi (lemongrass chicken) tasted like nothing. And the price was way too high for not being tasty. Gone way down hill... Won't be back! Try "Just Springroll" BBQ pork if you have a Bhan mi craving.

Amazing food, very yummy, vegetarian Banh Mi is one of my favorite, my family enjoyed fully. Soups are amazing.

I heard that Vietnamese food is delicious and now I knew it's indeed delicious after tasting food at Indochine Banh Mi. I tried Vietnamese for the first time and this place created huge impact one me and now Vietnamese is one of my favourite cuisine's. I had tasted bubble tea many times earlier but this place serves best bubble teas. Usually, I don't write food reviews but I'm very much impressed with this place so I had to post a review so that it reaches out to the larger audience who are in search of good Vietnamese food. All the best Indochine Banh Mi keep serving the best food as you always do.
