Worst experience ever with horrible food and stale taste. Will never recommend to anyone!
We ordered to be picked up .Fast and friendly phone service .Order ready when picked up . We live in the neighborhood the restaurant is in . Been ordering from Fung Wah for a long time . I understand the cost of living (COL) has risen exponentially within the last couple years and prices rise as the cost of running a restaurant rises with the COL . Prices have risen at Fung Wah's ,which was expected , but quality of food and care of preparing the food along with serving sizes have also suffered the because of the COL .
I ordered food delivery here, and got stormy diarrhea...It's obvious even if you don't look at the sanitary conditions
So good I didn't even get a picture. Delivered still super hot + fresh! Tried for the first time tonight and is definitely the best Chinese I've found in Halifax to date.
lemon chicken is really good. fried rice smells a bit smocked. very kind.
HORRENDOUS service. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good but the people working made fun of my English second language partner to their face. I’d give this place a zero if I could based on that alone. First time ever going there for our first Valentine’s Day together and they certainly put a damper on a special night in.
Stopped in for take out on Chinese New Year and was impressed by the volume of orders for BBQ duck - folks had come from Dartmouth to get it! Our meal was yummy. Definitely going back again.
My hot and sour soup spilled everywhere since you didn't value my business enough to put it in a proper container. Soft Styrofoam that bends as you lift it seems inappropriate for HOT soup. The bag, my order, was COVERED in soup and it was impossible to move without burning myself. Reach out to me if you'd like an opportunity to rectify this.EDIT: 3 weeks later and this company has not attempted to even apologize. Why ever give this trash your money when there are so many safer options nearby?
We waited until jan 2/22 to order out food hoping to avois a huge wait. When we had our order picked up by my daughter in law and brought to our house some of our order was missing but not charged to us. Every plate that had ginger chicken had peoblems. The ginger chicken had a different smokey taste was burnt and cold. Not impressed at all with the food .Usually the food is great but may rethink eating here as I have heard of others that are regular customers complaining.
The Holiday elves took a last minute order from us Christmas pm. The food was hot, yummy and very good portions~ will definitely go back! Merry Christmas ??
