Absolutely L♡VE this restaurant. Been going to Fong Sing's for 14 years. Never an issue dining in or on the few occasions with take out. Food is always fresh, homemade, served hot and tastes amazing. Large portions at low prices. We went there yesterday for Mother's Day supper. I usually include wonton soup with every visit because it's simply the BEST in the city. Great service and friendly staff. I also enjoy the quaint cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
The egg roll was disgusting; looked like it was filled with a nasty paste and the pastry around it was old and cold. The rice was also cold but they nicely replaced it. Asked if another egg roll would help, declined. The spicy chicken and veggies was great except there was a very small piece of chicken. More meat in the rice.Service was good but think that it may be awhile before w we crash paths again.
Incredible dinner for 3. The best chow mein ever! All fresh veggies and great egg rolls. Perfect rice! Lots left over also.
I knoew it would be small, and with covid, half the tables were not in use. They appear to do a great take out. We had dinner for 2. the real only thing that was good was the wonton soup. The rice was gold and sticky ( not in a good way) the chow mein was at least hot. The honey garlic spare ribs were tough and over cooked. We did bring attention to the fact our bill was incorrect. I can find better places to spend $ 54.00 on a dinner for two. My husband has been sick since we got home last night. We definately will not be back.
Doordash screwed up. Manager/Owner of the store handled the situation well. Best pho in Halifax. hands down 5/5
The food is always fresh and the most flavour you can find anywhere! Great job!
The beef pho is awesome :)
I use to love this place now all i taste is garlic and salt. I would consider it now a fast food place for quality its greasy and over seasoned.
Dleicious food, and nice staff! Is there an option above 5 stars?
The food I got was basically inedible. Ordered Schezwan chicken, ginger beef, and fried rice. The ginger beef was yellow, soggy and tasted and smelled like dish soap. The Schezwan chicken was dry and had basically no sauce whatsoever. And even the rice was foul, had basically no taste except for the faint hint of soap. If you want Chinese go somewhere else.
