This place has consistently kept high standards of food and service since I have been going. Brussels sprouts are a must try even for those who would normally hate them. This recipe could change your opinion of the little green cabbages :) Love the happy hour to start off the meal! Other recommendations include the tuna and for dessert, the panna cotta. Have yet to try the gnocchi...next time!
Great local spot with a nice vibe.Seems to be a place to frequent for locals like a go to spot vibe .Cozy chairs and great food presentations and their shuck a buck deal during happy hour is amazing . Sadly the time we ordered oysters there weren't shucked fully and a bit mangled. All tasted the same though .The bread for the steak tartare was a bit too overpowering for my liking. You could really taste the steak though.The tuna tartare was good, definitely more like tuna sashimi with toppings though.

Wife and I went for dinner. Great place. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Sat outside as it was a sunny day. Sidewalk is slightly sloped so seating is a little slanted but manageable. Food was delicious, service was excellent, we would definitely return. Itâs not the cheapest place but if your considering going, you know that already.
It is such a lovely spot, very quiet you can talk and just relax. The staff is amazing so friendly and they not only know the food but the wine and cocktail list. You can always trust them to make the perfect selection. The food is great and so consistent, it is fresh and full of flavor. One of the best Halifax restaurants in my opinion.
We ordered several appetizers, and the Lamb Crepes, everything was delicious. My favorite was the Shrimp and Shishitos. Our server Alex was wonderful and took very good care of us. Will definitely go back and try other items on the menus.
The food and service were fantastic. Have been thinking of going to Eliot and Vine for years and glad to have finally made it. Will definitely go back!
