pasta was not cooked very well, like it was microwaved. garden planters not maintained, server was excellent.
What a lovely pleasant evening, with delicious food and very professional and detailed service by our server Kristen they all were working as a team , all the steps of a service were included from refills, table clean - ups , take - out box , timely check how we were doing, thanks for all good efforts. Doing a really good job.
We were in Bayers Lake today and thought we would stop into Eastside Mario's for lunch. Devon waited on us and he was awesome! His customer service was second to none.I ordered a pizza with cauliflower crust which includes all you can eat soup (I went with the Italian wedding soup) and freshly baked bread. My daughter ordered the kids menu chicken fingers and fries and my wife ordered the all you eat salad and soup with baked bread. Everything was delicious and Devon's customer service made the experience top notch! Thanks again for your hospitality and we will be asking for you next time. ??//Update// We had friends visiting from Ontario and decided to meet them for lunch at East Side Mario's. We ended up with a different waiter this time (I forgot his name) but his service was awesome. The staff at the Bayers Lake location are second to none. Always attentive and accommodating. This time we ordered mussels, and fried calamari for appetizers and new main courses as well. The food was delicious and we will be back again. Keep up the great work! ??
As we arrived and walked to our table I noticed right away how messy the floor was with small pieces of napinks food etc. I needed to use the washroom but I was not able to find a clear path to the washroom. I had to squeeze through tables, there wasnt enough space. The paths that were intended for me to use were obstructed with staff taking orders or people being greeted at the front door. The accessible washroom has quite a bit of toilet paper on the floor. I mentioned it to a waitress. My Wedding soup was cold and my daughter's pasta was cold. Oh and my husband had to use menus to block the sun from his face as there were no shades on the windows. The bread was good though and my husband was happy with his pizza.

Everything was excellent. My only complaint is how uncomfortable the wooden chairs are .
I had the Chicken Parm at East Side Mario's & it was pretty average. Honestly, nothing too fantastic about it. Most items on the menu are now 20+ dollars per person and include an all you can eat salad or soup, but how much soup or salad are you actually going to eat? Also, Anything that was below 20 dollars didn't seem to include the salad. The service was also average. Nothing screams "eat here again soon" to me, but it was ok.
Our server Maggie is an absolute joy. She's friendly, excellent customer service and made the whole experience amazing! Thank you so much! My only note of improvement is took a photo and it shows that the walls need to be cleaned or painted looked grungy in the photo. Other than the cosmetic refresh it's a great value and service was excellent
As always the complimentary bread and salad were delicious. Our main dishes were awesome. The best part of the experience was our server Ryan S. We decided to sit at the bar, he was one of the bartenders as well as a server. He was on the move and busy the entire time,but never missed a beat in asking us if we needed anything or if we wanted another drink. Absolutely amazing service and food.
