Great place for an event.
Depends on when you hit it but it can really be a fun spot. The Engineering dept has their own beer on tap and it's pretty good. Lots of room for large groups. Cozy setting. Off the beaten path.
We hosted a 40th birthday surprise party for my wife on Saturday November 16. The staff were great leading up the event helping us plan. The food was great, and the folks working the night of the event were fantastic. They were patient with us at closing time (some of our guests were a bit slow to leave). A great place to hold a party, they waive the fee if you buy more than $500 in drinks. Much better than jamming a bunch of people into your house. We can't say enough great things.
Perfect spot for a pint and sandwich between or after classes! Good for studying if you miss the lunch rush too.
Always friendly service. Top it off would be a couple of tables outside.
