Drive thru incredibly slow Even with very few cars. Ice cream cone sizes quite small in comparison to other local dairy queen locations
I ordered a cake online and picked it up at this location. It was ready on-time and exactly as shown. My only complaint is the online ordering system was very clunky and not at all user friendly. It would also be nice if I could pay online.
Their burgers are definitely underrated, I love that they still hold your blizzard upside down as well. Only complaint is that Ice Cream cakes have increased in price like the price of gas, a cake is now $42 which is just insane.
just went here for my lunch at work, got a 4 piece honey bbq strip meal. got back opened up my food and my fries were fresh but my chicken was cold (as if it sat there for 15-20 mins no heat). pretty disappointed i paid $13 for a small thing of fries, inedible chicken and a pop… lol thanks dq
Terrible service, They missed our poutine twice!! And afterwards we order some blizzard, I ask for one with cookie dough, Reese’s and Oreo crumbs and when they came, 1. The blizzards where melting everywhere and 2. They didn’t put any cookie dough in my blizzard.
The ice cream was good but the drive though time was over 15 minutes which is a bit much.
This is the best DQ in the city. The staff here are always awesome. Some of the best staff I have ever dealt with at any day good restaurant. It is a pleasure going here
It was good the food came pretty quick but not hot. Sometimes hard to move around cause so many people
My husband went in today to use the washroom and order a burger…. All he could smell was old fryer oil….I am not sure if it was a back-up issue or not, but with both of us being in the food industry… if it reeks that much (even smells in the bathroom)…. You shouldn’t be open
Asked for ketchup and sweet and sour for my chicken fingers. They’d said it was in the bag but it wasn’t, also very small meals for over average price.
