We were there Sunday July 31st. Couldn’t have asked for better food or service. Thank you China Town for making our new teenager’s 13th birthday special.😍😍
Waited a half an hour past the time they said it would be ready, I paid for gravy, didn’t get any. All other food in the bag( 3 combos) luke warm except one item. Going down hill fast. Need more staff.
Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and had Dim Sum. It was delicious! There was no wait to get in, and the food came within a reasonable amount of time. It is definitely worth the drive over the bridge!
They offer halal menu if you book in advance and have a group of a minimum 25 people. The food was good and fresh. I wish they would offer permanent halal options.
I do NOT recommend.I ordered the Double Seafood Happiness which is described on the menu as a combination of Jumbo Shrimp and Scallops over vegetables. I could not find the scallops in my dish so I enquired the wait staff who enformed me that the Scallop was diced. In total, there was less than one Scallop in my dish. Very disappointed
This was the worst customer service my wife has even encountered!! We have supported this restaurant for years both dine in and order! She ordered chowmein rice and egg rolls, the rice and egg rolls were good the chow mein was like rubber.. she never complains but when she called Chinatown the guy that answered said she had to pay delivery charges to replace the awful chow mein or drive it to Chinatown!! Are you serious! You made horrible food and want us to pay for it!! Clearly we will never go to or order from there again!! She did ask for the manager and according to the guy that answered they don’t have one!
Revised my review;Food: Best Dim Sum Restuarant in Halifax so far. Good portion and authentic Chinese Hong Kong style. Recommend to try steamed chicken feet, deep fry taro (you need to ask for plum sauce), pork dumpling, fried noodle with sticky soup, Stewed beef brisket and BBQ duck.Service: Improving a lot after my 1st review. In order to get your order faster, recommend to come to Restuarant earlier.

Don't communicate properly. Paid for a beer and check near food. Had the packaging be so bad that the beer broke the minute I walked out and then had a man harrass me via phone telling me I couldn't take the beer. I'd go somewhere else next time
My parents love this place, we come here for dim sum, food is usually pretty fast, service could be better (wait staff always rushing around hard to flag them down) shrimp dumplings are a family favorite, same with egg tart, rice rolls, salty egg yolk sesame balls. Occasionally receive some over steamed shrimp dumplings that fall apart. But overall would go again
