The cleanliness of the place requires work. There were many tables not available and they were stacked kind of messily on the side next to tables that were available. There were food bits on the table and around the floor of the few seats that were available. It took 15 minutes between ordering and being called to put toppings on the burger during 7 pm on a week day. There are ways to order online or on the app to avoid this delay. The additional toppings didn’t look very fresh either. A cheeseburger and a regular poutine cost $20.41, which is on the higher side of fast food establishments. Taste was alright and the curry sauce available made it an interesting burger to be had. All staff members were not wearing a mask when we went in on Apr 6. Plenty of parking as it’s in the same plaza area as Sobeys.
Nothing special considering the price for a lg poutine. Very little cheese curds in it from a place that calls themselves Cheese Curds, also had barely any gravy in it. For the price they charge it should have been double the size. Confused why they don't have deep-fried cheese curds on their menu to order but one of the burgers has them on it. Won't be going back there anytime soon.
Not too bad of a spot, I would suggest going in to order instead of using online. The past few times I've gone in, the staff has been focused on the customers who placed orders in person and not the folks waiting at the pick up counter. No matter if you're order in person or online, you're going to be waiting a while. It's better when you wait for it to be made and given straight to you. Instead of waiting to get someone's attention, and for them to hand over your order which has been waiting behind the counter for 5-10 minutes by this time. The food is good and the staff is great, just not much advantage ordering online (and I think there's a convenience fee for ordering online).
Fantastic customer service, in fact I got a Burger for the next day and I can't believe I'm gonna admit this but it was even better than next day.. I love you cheese curts
I normally do not leave reviews but I really feel the need to leave one for this place. The cleanliness, or better yet the lack thereof was enough for me not to attempt eating the food.Too bad, I was really hungry and had to go to McDonald's ?
I love the food here , but the best part is the greeting I get every time from the employee Matthew . He is extremely friendly and attentive. He makes my visit to this location pleasant . Kudos to you guys for having Matthew on your team! ?
I ahead eaten at Cheese Curds many times before covid. Tonight was the 1st time we ate there since covid. Because it was burger week, we thought we would give it a try. My wife and ordered beef burgers instead of the burger week special. Well..if I had of known they use a processed burger like u buy that comes in a box from Costco we would never of went there..it was tasteless and one of the worst burgers I have ever had. Such a shame as their BBQ triple bacon was always one to die for..not any ore. I ordered my last burger from there. Burger King is way better
Best poutine I have ever had! If you haven't gone you are missing out! Go check it out!
The owner proudly enforces illegal medical discrimination and are hateful toward those who they disagree with
I love them but why ya gotta charge $1 per patty for gluten free if someone already paid more for a GF bun. It's just meat bro. Like... Think about it. Maybe this gripe wouldn't be valid if it weren't already priced high, but like... Ya can't be losing much on your margins, lol.
