I gotta say im rather disappointed, Ive come to charlies for a few years now and all the staff but one have been absolutely amazing. Because of my hearing loss typically my partner orders my drink and we never once had a problem- however Halloween night they had a new server on. She was insistent that there was a rule at charlies that everyone order there own drinks and she made a repeat my order several time even after my partner explained my situation. Furthermore, she disregarded covid regulations and never took our names for tracing(we called the next day in an attempt to contact the manager but the message was never passed to them because our names were in the book). Her attention stopped at the front of the bar and several people went through the back door unbeknownst to her and she didn't see to care about patron safety after I tried to flag her down about a women being the bathroom for an excess of 30 minutes saying I just need to be more patience. Really it's sad to say it just took one bad experience to ruin it but if you're hearing impaired stick with the regular bartenders as they are probably the only one willing to work with you.

Maria is the coolest. Sometimes you can catch Monday Night RAW if you're lucky.
