Definetly go here! Best Burrito Jax in the city. The staff are so kind and the customer service is great. Came around 20 min to close and they were still so accommodating.
Went in July 20 around closing nicest people I’ve ever met and the food was even better.

First of all, I'm an immigrant myself and I have nothing towards immigrants.I visited the restaurant, it was 30 minutes before closing time, there were two young Indian boy and girl working there. The loud Indian music was playing in the background and they were talking to each other in hindi ignoring us, the customer, for at least a minute while the restaurant was empty. Took our order and didn't even ask for our proof of vaccine when we decided to dine in. Took 10 to 15 minutes for them to prep the food as they were packing up and cleaning the trays and using a vaccume cleaner while the other person was assembling the sandwich.Honestly, I will never go back to Burrito Jax again as there were no supervision over the performance of its employees. I didn't feel welcome there.
I ordered a couple pulled-beef burritos here. The meat was tender and there was lots of it (see pic), the sauces were as described on the website, the staff was friendly, and my order was ready for pickup in under ten minutes. I am one happy (and overly-stuffed) camper. My only wish would be for them to have a killer spicy sauce that isn’t sweet. But it’s takeout; you can always add extra hot sauce from your own stash when you get home.
Wrong orders....like a Pulled Beef Bowl without beef!!! First time ordering from this place... the last! They put hot sauce and onions on mine (which I did not order) no meat, no refried beans on my husband's order,.the hot souce he ordered was on mine.They messed up both orders....a mess!

Ordered two burritos through Skip The Dishes, and there was raw rice throughout both. Not undercooked... completely raw rice. I've eaten from other locations with no problem, but either something has changed or there's something wrong with this location. Either way, I won't be ordering from there again.
