We waited on the patio for twenty minutes before placing our order and another ten minutes for our drinks. The server was amazing and I feel bad for him because he did great but they should have had someone else helping. But in fairness I don't know what staffing issues they may have had at the time
20-30 minutes after arriving and no one has even looked at us. yes they were busy, but the group that came in 20 minutes after us got their order taken first, and the couple next to them who came in BEFORE that group got their order taken after, while we still have yet to speak to anyone?? we were there for a couple drinks, never even got close to ordering. tried to speak to a manager, but he was on the phone; we left. better service across the street at split crow where they were MUCH busier, much more crowded but at least we could order there! last time I go to this Boston pizza, service is typically not great.
3 of our party of 6 ordered daiquiri fishbowls. After every one else received their drinks the waitress told us that the bar had forgot to make slush and that we would have to wait a bit for the daiquiris. We said that was fine but after we waited for 20 minutes she came back and told us that it would be another 20 minute wait. We ordered different drinks instead and it took another 15ish minutes for our drinks to arrive. At this point everyone at the table had finished eating and had finished their drinks as well. We inquired with the waitress about having the drinks taken off our bills but the manager told the waitress to tell us that they could not discount liquor. I would like to point out the waitress was very polite and it was not her fault that both the bartender and manager were unprofessional and failed to compensate for our bad experience.
Disappointing. BP’s online ordering is great and our pizza was ready for pickup in exactly 14 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, so no complaints on that score. But the pizza was really mediocre and the chef forgot to add the mushrooms—pretty sad when the deluxe only has 2 veggie items: green peppers (we did get a few straggly bits) and mushrooms (none were evident). The salad was a day away from being compost, so again very disappointing. In summary, the staff were lovely, but the food was poorly prepared and not very good at all. We won’t be ordering from this location again—the one on Granville just below the Barrington Hotel.

The service was decent , the food not so good .I had the "Big Dipper" , it was pretty dry and flavourless steak pieces served on a hard bun with some cheese and peppers , with an au jus to dip . I would not order it again .I've had other things here previously that were better . I Probably won't return for a while , wasn't anything to stand out .

Delicious food on a cold day. Covid protocols were followed and the food was ready in good time and hot when it arrived. Very tasty. And price in the medium range
