Food looked amazing but the fries were soggy and cold and even the burger was cold. I mentioned it to the server but told her I'd finish it and wasn't upset. She took the food off the bill which she did not need to do. Great service always at this location and is still my favorite Boston pizza on the city
I really like the place. The best thing about them is their portion sizes. This is the medium pizza and was sufficient for three people. Loved their onion rings, paired with tapped beer.
We ordered three meals at our table. The vegan dairy free pizza served was regular crust with meat and cheese. The server assured us it was the one we had ordered and left it until after my daughter had started eating it. Another meal was served with no utensils. It took over seven minutes and asking two servers before utensils were brought. No compensation was offered and the service was terrible.

I am giving 1 star as policy otherwise the service I have received doesn't even deserves a single star or a second visit. Person came to the table he wasn't even waiting for us to ask him something. We have been visiting this place more than 10 times, guess what, may be staff got tired of old customers. Our pizza was apparently burnt, we ask him that its burnt and gentlemen replied showing excellent customer service gesture he said " May be i can get fresh onion for you" wait are we just paying almost $100 for fresh onion on cooked pizza? Absurd. Absolutely it would be rather good if we could have order pizza for $40 at home from other franchise.
I have been visiting this place very frequently. This experience was so terrible. Firstly, the server was too rude to us. He came to place the dishes and set of spoons and without saying a word he left with an unpleasant facial expression. Moreover, we ordered 2 pizzas, one of them was burnt partially. The onions were burnt terrifically. When we asked for a replacement, he said " Is it look burnt" and without hesitating, he said rudely " I can put raw onion on top of it". Seriously dude is this a way to treat people visiting your store. Lastly, when we asked for the Pepsi without ice, he ignored us and came with the ice in Pepsi, we don't want to waste the Pepsi and we didn't want to stretch the situation. Compromising all the things, we left the store with a horrible experience.
I just visited today and got the worst service I ever had from the location. Last time I had a dine in the service was outstanding. Especially by service I mean customer service to serving. I got my pizza burnt and it was also served when I ask the server to check he said he we can remove the burnt onions and he can give us additional onions to add on top. The main thing is he/they never apologized so I had to write the review. Next time I’ll make sure I get a good server. Thanks Boston Pizza for your worst service! Loved the steak (medium-rare). The jambalaya fettucine could have used better sausages; the shrimps were the kind you'd get from a walmart fridge - frozen and almost flavorless. Just sayin'.
