Not the best Superstore location. Poorly organized and hard to navigate despite fewer options than a regular Superstore.
Was followed by a police officer at this location recently. last year I spent over 7000 dollars in groceries alone at superstore never again will I shop here absolutely disgusting customer service and retention
Good variety but overly expensive. About 60% higher price than no feels. For example $7.99 for $3 box of No Name margarine compared to $4.99 at no frills. However the staff was friendly and helpful
As long as you are using Halifax Regional Police as Loss Prevention Officers, I will NEVER buy a single item from your store again! The entire concept is absolutely disgusting, and I'm beyond disappointed in both the HRP and Superstore. Shame on you.
Very poor customer service. The store manger Marco was very discriminate towards me when I spoke with him, would not recommend.
They Had what i needed at the time and staff was helpful. I did the self check out and made an error, it took a second but someone came to help. Simple to access peeking and the store want too full so not much time to wait in line. When compared to the other stores they have some items I would find elsewhere.
I was visiting Nova Scotia from Toronto and was on the hunt for Atlantic bar clams to bring home for a friend. John, the meat manager at the Quinpool store, went out of his way to help me on my quest! He was so helpful and friendly, calling all of his contacts in the seafood industry until I found them. I have to say I have never received such great service! This store didn't have them, but he found them and I have some very happy friends here in Ontario! Thank you John and Quinpool Superstore for taking the time to help!
Worst superstore in Atlantic Canada. Staff is clueless. I was there today and it was very busy at 9:30am and one till open and no one was using the self serve units(makes no sense).. No name hotdogs were $2 more then name brand... The manager needs a new profession.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
I received great service regarding produce from a helpful fellow who worked in the Bakery. I wish I had seen his name tag so I could tell management.
Good distance to student housing but produce is sad looking if it is there at all. It could be so much better.
